Thank you so much for the rating left. If I am correct you had an issue with size of the product purchased being a Caged Dragon Male Chastity Device. You contacted our customer service consultants and Anna took your query. You indicated to her that you purchased this product and tried it on but found after trying it on that it was the incorrect size.
Anna informed you that as it had been tried on we could not exchange or resell the item due to health department regulations. I believe she offered you a 20% discount + free freight should you wish to purchase the correct sized item.
I am sure you would agree that no customer - nor you - would be satisfied and in fact would not purchase from us again if the believed we exchanged and resold second hand sex toys.
Eizik how was our customer service? Did the consultants get back to you? How better could we have handled this issue to your satisfaction? Can you explain how we did not respond appropriately to you?
Shipping of their product is excellent

These guys are really well priced compared to other adult shops in AU. My order arrive fast and in good condition.
