Adurite gave me fake gift cards, lied repeatedly, and treated me like a joke

Review:
I redeemed 75 dollars worth of eBay gift cards on Adurite using my seller balance. Two cards, one was 50 and the other was 25. I’m from the UK but the entire site runs in USD with no warning about regional restrictions. The cards were marked eBay USA but I was told by Adurite support that they were functional and should work fine.

They didn’t.

I contacted eBay who confirmed the codes were invalid or fake and I was left with nothing. I told Adurite and they passed me to a developer called Jad who kept telling me to wait while they contacted the card provider. It’s been nearly two weeks. Nothing was resolved.

I then had the cards checked by Reddit moderators from r/giftcardexchange who confirmed both cards had zero balance. That means they were used or fake from the start. I gave Adurite this proof.

Instead of helping, they got dismissive and rude. They told me I made a user error, accused me of sending AI-generated threats, and then said they wouldn’t respond anymore. All I asked for was to be compensated properly for a situation they caused. They mocked me and acted like I was the problem.

They only gave me 50 dollars instead of the 75 I lost and said that’s all they’ll offer. That’s not good faith. That’s covering their mistake and refusing to take full responsibility.

This experience has been shady, slow, and unprofessional. Their staff act immature and they do not stand by their users once something goes wrong.

I don’t recommend using Adurite at all. If anything goes wrong they will ignore you, deflect blame, and leave you with nothing.

Had a problem with a deposit, havent seen my funds for 5 days, but was finally resolved. And they have manually credited my funds! If ur scared of losing money don't the support actually helps! It just takes a bit longer

For buying stuff its really good, for selling abit less due to all the fees but really good and fast

I got a poisoned item, didn’t accept the trade and didn’t know what to do. I contacted their customer support and gave them simple info about the trade and they gave me a full refund within 24hrs of contacting them. Strongly recommend, just be careful bc some items are poisoned.

My experience with Adurite was great! But there is one problem, there is a chance of a rollback, and the staff can be pretty slow. I got rollbacked on my Purple Butterfly Smile like almost 2 weeks ago, and then I requested a refund for that, and the staff took almost 2 weeks to give me the refund, but in the end, they refunded me. Legit website overall. 4 stars.

Got what i paid for in less than a minute

Made a purchase and got it instantly, seller even contacted me tell me thank you personally

Previously had a good experience with Adurite. However, recently i purchased an item, and the account took it back less than 2 days later. I then contacted Adurite and they said the seller will be banned and then they will issue a refund. However, the customer service agent often took over a day to respond and even stopped responding completely after i mentioned the refund, which he offered. Additionally, to prove the poor customer service i set up another customer service claim and the same guy had relatively fast replies until i stated the same issue with the same name, then they stopped responding again, showing how they are avoiding any attempt of refunding even though they said they will. I did enjoy using Adurite for a while, however after this im using an alternative website unless they manage to fix the issue.
I can provide proof of everything just stated, even the fact that the seller removed the item of my account, without my permission or acknowledgement.
Review will be updated if anything changes.

UPDATE: in response to Adurites reply.
Firstly you claimed that the item was deleted by third party moderation, however you can see on the items UAID page that it was returned to the seller. In fact, the item was not deleted by third party moderation until recently, as the item was still viewable in the account inventory.
Secondly, if they is a chance i am incorrect, i clearly stated the items UAID, which can be tracked very simply by anybody, yet your customer service agent still stated that he would keep in posted in terms of my refund. Additionally, hours later the same customer service agent told me to follow steps after i asked for additional refund information rather than alerting me about any updates (assuming he actually decided to review the items UAID which i provided)
Also, i acknowledge your TOS and that they isn't a huge deal you can do, but you initially offered the refund not me and then didn't have the decency to acknowledge me as a customer and alert me of the situation, instead choosing to just ignore me? In fact you only acknowledged my questions about the issue and explained it when it negatively effected you.

I am not trying to damage your reputation or attack your business as your services have been positive previously, but choosing to disregard a customers issue and to disregard his messages rather than just send a short sentence to explain is disgusting.

ADDITIONAL UPDATE: Recently went onto account, and noticed i have recieved a refund.

I have never had a problem until yesterday with adurite. I purchased two things legit and silver and didn't get both. i made a claim and didn't get a response for around three hours. I told him my username and etc and he messaged me back 12 6 hours later saying he made a claim to a dev. i asked him if he could refund me and still yet got any reply. I'm keeping this one star review up and adding more until I get a refund or my items

Been buying from here since 2021 - never had an issue and always great prices! For everyone saying "my item got taken away and they did nothing!" - buying roblox items externally is against roblox t&c's, therefore when buying from adurite you accept that risk, you also accept the risk that the limited may be taken from you, or you may be banned. This is not adurite's fault and they should not be made to go out of pocket because you didn't understand the risk.
