I took the 2 day zoom TNCC class. The three instructors made everything easy to understand. The lectures were very informative. Generally had a great experience.

I ordered the tncc book and the enpc book to renew my certs and they came so quick and were in perfect condition. They took care to put in bubble envelope not just a regular plastic one that always lets your books get all messed up.

Instructors were very knowledgeable and encouraging. I felt like they used information in real life scenarios to really drive the learning process. Definitely would recommend this class to others.

All three instructors for this course were friendly and taught the material in a way that was easy for me to digest. The testing process was organized and professional. I feel prepared to use this new knowledge and apply it to my work process.

The instructors were well versed in their topics. They moved through the material well. Given the lives and schedules of nurses the format is great, especially if you're not feeling 100% and still need to meet your objectives. I am a computer idiot and they were all helpful.
