A very good service. A quick reply to our e mails and very fast turnaround in repairing our t6 head unit. Posted back to us within a couple of days. Could not fault the service.

My Seat head unit touchscreen developed black spots, so effectively became unusable. A full replacement would have been around £600. Advanced Repair repaired it for a fraction of the cost of a replacement. I mailed the unit to them on a Tuesday afternoon and it was fixed and back with me by the Friday. All communications were prompt and clear. I'd highly recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.

Quoted the best price for a screen fix. The service was fast and simple. Sent off, was fixed same day as it was delivered and then sent straight back to me. Couldn’t be happier!

After weeks trying to get Cazoo to see if they can rectify my situation selling me a car with a bubble sat nav screen and they not willing to help, found Advance Repair booked in for the 28.3.24 and drove up from Birmingham.
They are a professional company and removed sterio in front me replace my sat screen with a brand new screen and lòoks brilliant and works so weĺl. Definitely recommend this company

First class customer service. Sent my touch screen for Vauxhall Astra to them. It was repaired within hours of them receiving it.
I paid them that evening and received my screen back the next day. Can’t rate them any higher than the five stars… but if I could I would!! Others take note.

Just over a year ago I sent my 2017 MacBook to Advanced Repair because it had a broken flexgate. I was very happy with the job they did back then. However, a few weeks ago the MacBook developed the same problem again, just outside the 1-year warranty that Advanced Repair gives. I decided to contact them again and they were very helpful. They fixed it very quickly on good terms.

Service was just brilliant !! I was slightly skeptical initially but I sent the head unit from my VW T6 to Advanced Repair for a Touchscreen repair based on the many positive reviews . Within a few hours of Royal Mail delivering it I had an e-mail back saying that it had been successfully repaired . I settled the invoice and the unit was back with me the following day . This is what first class customer service looks like and the unit works perfectly . I would highly recommend Advanced Repair .

I took my (2017) MacBook to Advanced Repair because it had all the symptoms of 'Flexgate' - this is a problem with the back light on the screen. It is a manufacturing fault which Apple refuses to acknowledge in the 2017 models. Rana (at Advanced Repair) did his best to solve the issue for me, but in the end the problem could not be fixed. I received a full refund to my bank account. I highly recommend Advanced Repair. Even though my Mac couldn't be fixed they really tried to help, and gave me a full refund when that was not possible.

This is a very helpful and professional company. I smashed the screen on my Garmin bike computer in an accident. I sent it to Advanced Repair for a screen repair, who investigated it and told me that the motherboard was damaged so the device could not be repaired. They then refunded me in full including their postage charge. I am very happy that they offered a full refund despite their time and trouble. It's not their fault that they couldn't repair it. Thank you again.

Was quoted hundreds of pounds to fix my Astra k touch screen issues, advanced repair fitted a new screen for £180 can't be happier.

Straight forward and so quick! Sent my remarkable 2 for the power/sleep button to be mended after I dropped it. I sent on the Thursday, recieved on the Monday morning! Brilliant, thank you ☺️

Skoda Fabia Screen Fix
Advanced Repair patiently explained the removal process and made helpful suggestions when I had problems with trying to extract the screen. To my amazement they repaired the screen and sent it back quicker than it took me to get the thing out! The screen now works perfectly. I don't know how much a new unit is but guess at £1k+ so this was a bargain. Definitely would recommend Advanced Repair.

I sent my VW Sat Nav away for repair and it’s come back virtually by return of post as good as new. An amazing service. Thanks guys.

Speedy repair, I chose the option to pay once it had been repair as I was a bit dubious that it could be fixed. Had an email to say it had been repaired and I needed to pay, it arrived couple days later and it all works perfectly, so happy thought I was going to have to fork out another few hundred quid to buy a new watch! Thanks very much!

Absolutely amazing. I had a screen issue on my macbook. Spot on, they located the problem and repaired it speedily. Looks great. Definitely to mention the great customer service and communication. As it takes quite a bit of trust to send away a laptop - they constantly updated me and gave me great comfort that all is in hand. Payment in advance was absolutely fine. No disappointment, can highly recommend.
