Sorry to hear of your disappointment but as you are located in the USA you were offered a choice of 3 different shipping options at the checkout which were Airmail (non-tracked), Airmail (tracked) or Courier service. You had chosen to go with the cheapest (£7.50 GBP) Airmail non-tracked option which has a estimated delivery time to the USA of between 5-7 business days, as of today 12th April we are only on day 4. I'm sure your package will arrive with you on time, however I am a little confused why you have left us a 1 star review perhaps you weren't aware that we are located in the UK?
