Pleasant from start to finish. The motorhome was immaculate. We had a very wet week but were warm and cosy inside.
My only comment to Paul was to include wine glasses, not just tumblers. One of my pet hates.

It was our first time in a motor home and what a fabulous experience it was!
From our first enquiry to returning the vehicle the service from Paul and Lee was exceptional.
The motor home was in immaculate condition, fully equipped with pretty much everything we needed for our adventure. Things we needed to take were our own bedding (mattress topper provided), shampoo and conditioner, extra toilet rolls, antibacterial surface wipes, extra bin bags, oven gloves and towels and tea towels.
It was easy to drive, Wi-Fi was fabulous, cooking facilities great and the huge fridge was perfect for all our needs.
The hand over on pick up and return was 1st class, Paul went through everything with us (which I video in case we forgot anything), he was extremely informative, professional and a lovely, lovely man. His parting words on the beginning of our journey, “we are at the end of the phone if you need anything”and he was, when I couldn’t get connected to Wi-Fi, a quick face time and it was sorted.
Thank you to both of you for making our first experience an absolute pleasure, we had a wonderful, wonderful time!
