NON EXISTENT ODOUR CONTROL…

If your cat has even slightly runny stool it won’t sift it, even when clumping litter has surrounded it… just smears soiled litter everywhere throughout the unit.

Utterly useless.

Avoid Advwin at all costs

Avoid Advwin at all costs – disgraceful customer service and refusal to honour consumer rights

I purchased a recliner from Advwin that turned out to be faulty, dangerous, and not fit for purpose — it overheated, buzzed loudly, the massage function barely worked, and the recliner mechanism broke entirely.

Despite reporting all of this, I was met with weeks of copy-pasted responses, delays, and dismissive nonsense from their representative “Vivi,” who continuously ignored what I was actually saying. They offered partial refunds and meaningless “fixes” instead of acknowledging their legal obligation to offer a full refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law.

I’m also a person living with disability and on the NDIS. The way I was treated throughout this process was not only unprofessional but utterly disrespectful and emotionally exhausting. Advwin clearly had no interest in resolving the matter fairly and hoped I would just give up.

Thankfully, Amazon refunded me the full amount, no thanks to Advwin, who failed miserably at every step.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company. Their customer service is a joke, they will gaslight you, stall you, and pretend they're doing you a favour for offering less than what you're owed. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own — unless a larger platform steps in.

Spend your money elsewhere.

If zero was available i would put that

If zero was available i would put that. I purchased a chair 6 weeks ago and it's only created significant issues especially with my physical wellbeing. I have spent countless time showing videos and photos asking for a realistic option and only been given more time to get more. This has cause physical and emotional distress for me. And am now stuck in a wheelchair or bed full time because I can't afford another chair and they refuse to assist in a manner that actually can help. Please save your time and do not purchase or engage from Adwim. It's truly disappointing.

Scammy business practices

product was faulty on arrival. they were not helpful for refund and just ran me around till the return window closed. they then took down the product from their store after i gave it a bad review and put it back up under a new name. do NOT buy from them. "Advwin is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service." is the biggest lie

I would rate Advwin a 0 but it was not…

I would rate Advwin a 0 but it was not an option. They processed payment for an item that they did not have (despite on website stating in stock and 1-2 days leaving warehouse). No response to multiple attempts to seek refund (no customer service to follow up themselves. Still no response. Still nothing. stuck in meantime with no response, and no item and money taken, with no company phone number that answers. Do not trust Advwin with your time and money. I will take this further so others do not have to go through what I am now.
