Recent repairs at HighWycombe branch
Just collected my car from HighWycome branch, having had a paint repair carried out. I’ve been very impressed by the service provided, notably the friendly and helpful staff and the quality of the work. Particular thanks to Lorena and Michael for their reception and handling of the repair. Overall, very impressed and will return for any work I need.

A month to long
So for starters, I was text a few times with an "estimated date" of my car being finished. to me it was false information, I understand waiting for parts but I advised them not to text me again until my car was complete however I then received further texts causing stress.
secondly when the car was handed over I was left with 1 mile of fuel which if there hadn't of been a fuel station around the corner I would of had to use other resources to get my car filled up.
lastly, I was very happy with the majority of work however there was an alloy left off the front passenger side which was in fact damaged due to the accident that occurred, I was then told by your receptionist Caroline very bluntly that it wasn't in fact on the work order when it should of been, I also asked where my lock and wheel nut was in my car and before knowing the full facts was told they couldn't find it. I received a call 20mins later informing me that it was in the boot.
I was appalled by your customer service and lack of apologies having had the car over a month. There was a nice person I spoke to called Danika I believe so I would like to thank her for her politeness on the phone even though she could probably hear the stress in my voice.

AD Williams really good garage although…
AD Williams really good garage although there was a lot off issues with my vehicle out of there control I can not give them 5* rating they really worked hard trying to get issues solved even though it was very frustrating I mainly had dealings with Simon and Emily who I fill worked extremely hard in trying to get my vehicle sorted so thanks to you both and your team unfortunately I never actually met them in person

As good as new
Having an accident is not a good experience for many reasons but Lyn on reception just made the nightmare so much easier. She was reassuring, kind and so helpful. John who delivered my car back to me also went above and beyond. My car looks as good as new and it is comforting to have the 12 month guarantee.
My only very slight disappointment was a lack of curtesy cars and confusion as to how long the work would take - delayed due to you receiving my car (although this was probably due to my insurance company), and then initially saying 7 days on the app but I fact took 18 days. This said it must be difficult to estimate until the work commences.
