Very easy to order

Very easy to order. Thank you for the rebate! It is going to the Alburnett Iowa Historical Society. My husband went into cardiac arrest and there was no AED to give him quicker access to lifesaving treatment. Hopefully now we can potentially help save a life by this donation!

Ordering online was quick and easy

Ordering online was quick and easy. Although shipping option was automatically added. Once I called customer service to have it changed the rep fixed the shipping from almost 100.00 to 0.00. She was amazing.

Not Happy

The product keeps being shipped to a bad address. I have not received the product once. I have called and been told that the correct address has been added, and the product will reship, but I have not received it once. I have one AED that is out of order until I receive new pads and only have one good one on site.

I did finally receive 1 of 2 replacement pads for my AED machines. I paid for two and only received 1.

I had to order AED pads as mine were…

I had to order AED pads as mine were expiring. Though there was a back order on them, I received them before my others expired. The ease of ordering was also excellent.

I placed an order for batteries that had been bought locally.

I placed an order for batteries for my Zell AED Plus and the picture on the website matched the batteries in the unit, but when they arrived, they did not have the "blue ring" around them. They looked like the batteries we had bought locally. After calling them, they quickly said they were the same batterries we had bought and said to return them and gave us an RMA. Mr Favours was very nice and understanding. I will be ordering the next set from them in 5 years!!! Great company!!

I wanted the product you were selling…

I wanted the product you were selling and distributing, however if there is a back order on the product you should darn clear that the customer understands that issue. I did not, ordered the device and learned later after purchase that there would be delayed. If I chose to order again I will have think about the urgent need and potential delays.

Unit was like new. 1 star deducted for poor communication.

I haven't received my AED unit yet. I received no email confirmation of my order and they didn't respond to my email. I sent it to 2 different addresses. I did not try calling them because since they charged my card I figured the order went through. I hope there aren't any issues because not sure of their support.
Update: After posting a 2 star review I got a call so I can attest that they will respond. The AED that I received was like new with new pads and batteries. My brother in law used to sell Zoll AEDs and ran mine through all the diagnostics and it passed everything. So I am moving my review to 4 stars from 2. If they had better communication I would have given them 5 stars.

Thumbs Up on a Refurb Unit!

I was happy that I was able to get a unit so quickly. I was ordering a refurbed LifePak 1000 and at the time of order, it was out of stock. However, it arrived within two weeks! Great deal on a great product.

Quick delivery!

Quick delivery!! Product came as ordered. I was pleasantly suprised that it also came with a lithium 9V battery. expiration date 7yrs from month of purchase. Fits a defibtech reviveR 100series perfectly and works great!
