I still don't have my stuff...this service is awful
I wrote this on 12/21/21:
I placed an order on 12/12/21. It is 12/21/21 today and the order has not shipped. When I went to their website to find out the status, they have a text message function to use when inquiring about your order. On 12/19/2, I sent a text message and go an auto-response saying, "Hello, thanks for reaching out. I'll be right with you" followed by nothing. On 12/20/21, I sent another text, nothing. Today, I send another text, nothing. What is the purpose of having text messaging that you never respond to???
12/22/21 I received a reply to my review saying that they were sorry, that they would double what I ordered at no cost and that it had been shipped already.
Today is 12/30/21 - I have not received a tracking number or the order. When I called the company today, I reached a person that said the Aegis was not available today. She took my name and number. When I asked when should I expect a return call, she said their office hours were 9-4, M-F. I asked why I could not speak to them now since it was Thursday at 111:45 am and that is inside their business hours, she told me they were not taking calls.
So, again, where is my stuff? This is THE worst service ever! Oh yeah, I tried the text message function again and guess what? No answer. Either give me the product or give me my money back.

In your last response, you said the product was shipped already so why would I reply?
What does Flint have to do with me getting the products I ordered? Are you trying to make me feel bad that YOU GUYS CAN’T DO YOUR JOBS? Shameful! Shame on you for conflating these two issues which clearly have nothing to do with each other. SHAME ON YOU.
I want what you promised me. Double my order at the same price. That’s if you are a person of honor.
