I ordered a battery tester from this company and they sent me a car diagnostic tool instead, I complained and asked them to replace it with the correct item, they argued that the warehouse sent the correct item even though I could prove the details on the transactions showed the right item being sent and the wrong item being delivered they wouldn’t change it.
They offered me £3 compensation and expected me to keep something I didn’t order in the first place.
PayPal we’re of no use either as they supported their claim even though I sent them the transaction details that clearly showed the problem.

Do not use this company! They are con artists!!
They took £3 more than invoiced, they sent the wrong products and asked for a photo of packaging and products to confirm when I complained , then they said ‘we think we sent the right things so we’ll send you £3.
I asked for the correct products or my money back, they said we’ve tried our best.
Any positive comments should be treated with suspicion

Can’t give 0 - total scam - no product received.

My order has not been delivered. It has been 10 weeks and their tracking says it's been in the UK for over 1 month,

I think these are a SCAM company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They keep saying order is on the way, not our problem.

They lie and don't care about customers orders. I have not had, nor do I expect to receive my order or a refund.

I'm not even convinced the order was ever despatched. They are not honourable or safe to buy from. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have not received the product i paid for. I have wrote to their customer service but have not received a response letting me know why it has not arrive. They just keep asking me to have patience. I have waited almost 4 months since ordering this product and the tracking app states it has been in Cardiff for almost a month. I have asked for a refund but now they are ignoring me. Disgraceful and i would never order off them again!

It isn't in the UK despite the name. Takes over a month to deliver. Items/orders are incomplete and/or broken. AVOID, YOU'LL ONLY REGRET USING THIS FIRM

I have just been scammed by them sent a tracking and it was a private house eircode

Do not buy anything of this company they are scammers
Please do not buy they sent me the wrong item and offered me £4 in compensation.
There customer services are terrible do not buy I lost my money don’t loose yours.

Awful customer service who ignored my requests and legal rights to cancel an order.
- I ordered some items
- The overcharged for these items
- I emailed asking to cancel the order within minutes of the order going in
- They cancelled the overcharge
- I again asked to cancel the order
- I asked for them to not send out the goods
- They send out the goods
- They delay by asking for order information despite having the information themselves.
- I provide the info and they say the order is fine and items are as ordered
- Customer service are fairly quick in their defence however they ignore the information given and delay tactics have been used throughout.
- I’m trying to get the charge reversed by the bank but as AEGIS is “dealing” with the complaint I’m finding it difficult.

On going email exchange after taking delivery of broken item. Cost £23. AEGISUK offered £4 refund pointing out it would cost me too much to return to US. Very true! I ordered two mobile cradles. One arrived broken and both very poor quality. Not fit for purpose.
I have email exchange as proof AEGISUK are scam. My advice: don’t buy from AEGISUK.
