Order not fully fulfilled. Return is problematic as customer service is very unresponsive and unbelievably slow if they do answer. Have had to resort to solving dispute via credit card company as their warehouse is now not accepting return packages. Never again.

My daughter ordered over £100 worth of clothing from this Company. The sizes were bigger than expected so attempted to return the items. When emailing this company numerous times just received an automated email saying return with ref number and reason for return but no address. Eventually found return address on original packaging and returned it there tracked shipping. The Post Office confirmed it was delivered so we contacted the company again to update them. This time they did reply but said we sent it to the wrong address and nothing they can do unless we paid another £62 for the privilege. I let them know we returned addressed to their name and their suppliers whi I presume kept for themselves but they refused to help. Don't order from this Company

I ordered a sweater in the wrong size and had to return it to them. The sweater was high quality and very comfortable, just too long. The customer service responded quite quickly but when I first emailed them regarding exchanging my item for a smaller size, the options they gave were strange and confusing. I had to talk to the chat bot before I found out that there was a online return centre, but other than that, I'm happy!

Customer service is non-existent. Do not deal with this company. If you email the contact they provide they will NOT get back to you.

I am still waiting for a refund in respect of my order 2523. This item was returned over a week ago and not even an acknowledgement. I sent it back recorded delivery because they failed to engage with me.

They received the payment on Sep 15, 2022 and I started following the order on Oct 11, 2022.
I still have not received their refund, which they did not send me any proof of it.

I made 2 orders on the 27th July, 3 days letter got an email saying some items out of stock, selected new items. Chased order on 10th Aug, didn't get reply but received a partial order not long after, chased again on 9th Sept for items outstanding & still no reply. If they can't fulfil orders they need to communicate or refund, its an unacceptable level of service.

Ordered a sweater, received order confirmation. Then nothing. Emailed for update, no response from customer service. Claimed back through PayPal.

This site is a scam site. Money taken a month ago and no further contact since. No reply to emails.

I am trying to exchange my daughter's jacket for a smaller size but no-one is responding to any of my e-mails and the phone number provided in the UK is engaged. The website states that they will reply within 24 hours but that's simply not happening.
