Cotton Flower Body Wash - the best!
I searched and searched for Sephora Cotton Flower Body wash and was delighted to discover it at last. My late mother-in-law was gifted some and I loved it but aghast once it was finished and I couldn't find it, or if I did, it was out of stock. Perseverance paid off and I found it here at Aemon and a few days after ordering, my package arrived, together with two little gifts of Hang Ten eau to toilette for him and Adrienne Vittadini Capri eai de toilette for her. These are all very subtle, with a delightfully fresh smell and I'm most pleased with my purchase and the "freebies". Thank you!

Excellent Service
Excellent. Spent ages researching eye pencils as the expensive ones I normally buy all break when you sharpen so I came across Aemon and the Sephora brand.
The website was excellent and descriptive, the items were dispatched quickly and nicely packaged and a lovely couple of perfume samples were included.
Will definitely return and purchase more from Aemon.

Extremely impressed. Was a bit dubious as to when I'd get my product and whether it would be legit or not - arrived just as I'd paid for, product was posted well, no damage and it was a legit kvd product!! A disgusting
A disgusting, vile lack of service by The owner when I reported I received a fake Sephora lip stain. She asked me to return this, but at first didn’t send me a return label until I pushed at this due as most retailers would normally offer anyway! She then sends me photos of my sealed envelope saying it was empty, which leaves me baffled as how would you know it unopened. I have reached out to trading standards on this as have a number of photos of the faulty item, in awful condition. Based on this photo Monika invited me to send it back.
A disgusting lack of service, and Monika even accused me of not sending the parcel, although the photos she subsequently sent me have the package in! Do not buy from here!!!!

I'm really sorry to read just another vile message from you. And I really hope that trading standards will be actually involved in this case, so they are more aware of the growing issue with dishonest "customers" abusing their laws.
First of all, you never confirmed what was the issue with the product. Your reason for return was literally: "the lid has inserted into the pot so I cannot use it", followed by some ridiculous accusations that item is fake. We get those products directly from Sephora and we have a full record for each item we sell. Despite being told that you didn't seem to be interested in getting any proof of that. Why? And then when we asked to clarify what's the actual issue, you sent photos showing some leakage on the bottom of the cap, on an already unsealed and opened product. If it has arrived like that, the leakage would be easily seen through the transparent sealing foil, prompting an immediate complaint, not two weeks after receiving the product and after unsealing it. But of course we accepted the return. The law doesn't require merchants to provide return labels, nor it's any kind of an industry standard. While few bigger merchants offer return labels, it's neither a rule or obligation. And we clearly said that we will refund the return postage costs, as we are required by the law. In response we received another mean email with your complaints that you actually have to return the product and asking not only for the return label, but also an envelope with the label. As an exception we provided you a label, but even then you waited until the very last day when this label could've been used for posting, to post your return. And just 62 minutes after posting it (which was logged in the RM tracking system - 18:19 5/10/2021 "Accepted at Post Office") you sent an another email asking if we received the return, pretending that you sent it day earlier, and sticking to this lie in another email, despite RM tracking clearly showing that it was posted from the Post Office shortly before your initial reminding email.
If this behaviour wasn't suspicious enough, on 8/10/2020 we received a completely empty envelope. It was the cheapest paper envelope with nothing inside. It's not our role to judge if it was sent like that or it was lost/taken from the envelope during the delivery, but the customer is responsible for a proper packing of the returned item, so it's not easy to damage it or take it out of the packaging. We issue the refund based on what's returned and the state of the returned item. We've got video recordings of the item being prepared for shipping and pictures of the returned envelope. We can easily prove that the shipped product had no signs of any damage, while the returned envelope wasn't carrying anything inside. Based on those facts we couldn't issue a refund, as the item wasn't effectively returned to us.
