Experience with Aenzay, serious performance issues, incorrect drawings, lack of technical skill, unmet commitments, and unacceptable project delays.
We signed a contract on 12 May 2025 for architectural and structural works with a promise by Ms. Amara to complete within two months. After 9 months, the project is still incomplete despite full payment of 1.00 million received.
There were major delays throughout. Structural drawings were delivered after six months, and a third-party review found serious errors. MEP working drawings are still pending. Communication has been extremely poor, calls and WhatsApp messages often went unanswered.
We would also like to highlight serious concerns regarding Ms. Amara’s conduct. Our experience with her was highly unprofessional, with repeated commitments not being honored and very poor communication throughout the project. Calls and messages often went unanswered, and at times communication channels were blocked, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration. This behavior significantly impacted our project timeline and reflects poorly on customer service standards.
Based on our experience, we do not recommend Aenzay if you are looking for reliable and timely service.
