I take my oil every day with my breakfast and it helps with my day to day living . It helps with my day and gives me a feeling of just being able to get on with life. I am going on for 84 and have just gone though a big operation so now have a stoma . I did not take my oil while in hospital and it made a difference so was glad to get home to start taking it a again.

I have been taking Aeons olive oil for just 4 weeks now. The oil is lightly flavoured so it's pleasant to take. I add it to salads;cheese on toast -actually to most meals. I prefer to add it to foods already cooked rather than using it in the cooking process-I think that helps to preserve the integrity of the oil.
The first change I noticed-after a couple of days-was an increase in my energy level. I'm no slouch usually and am a very active 73 year old but I can honestly say that my endurance is better than before. My craving for sweet foods has diminished-which is great-and, as a result, I have lost 2 pounds of weight with absolutely no effort. In one month! And it's early days so I'm sure the benefits will only serve to positively enhance my health over time.
I chose to purchase Aeons as I believe that olive oil has many health benefits but the polyphenol levels in Aeons are so much higher than off the shelf EVOO due to volcanic soil. I will continue taking this indefinitely so I
have subscribed to receive a bottle every month. Moreover, I receive interesting health tips and recipes from Dr. Brewer now and again . It's nice to know I'm part of the Aeons Tribe. I would recommend this oil and this seller to anyone wishing to improve their health.

I enjoy a coffee with the addition of ancient roots oil .but Have not fount it to have reduced the pain from my arthritic knees and fingers .i do find my hair appears to have more volume ,but do not notice any great improvement to my skin .i would however continue to use it in the hope that i will notice an improvement in my joints .

Feeling less bloated and actually healthier.

Early days perhaps but I am suffering an arthritic flareup due to wear and tear in my right hip. Has lasted three months so far but hoping the polyphenols will reduce some inflammation.

BS advertising everywhere with mock up people supposedly drinking this , look carefully, one girl (a "nurse" in-between two others) has had a left hand superimposed onto her right arm 🙄. Where is the proof of what "Doctors" are 'revealing'???? Why would a bride be drinking it from the bottle at her wedding??
I have drunk good extra virgin olive oil, most days, for fifteen years and pay a % of what they're charging for this!
Do some research, read the negative (real) reviews, and don't get conned.

I sleep better. My body feels a change to better. The energy levels are improving greatly.
I am not sure whether I am overdoing I take and drizzle olive oil whenever I eat.

I really enjoy the Aeons products, but am finding the Norse Srength more difficult to take than I had imagined - I normally have porridge for breakfast, but have been led to believe that the product should be consumed cold/room temperature (not in porridge!) and I’m not keen on the taste of the product by itself mixed with water etc.
I do sometimes have it with yoghurt, which mixes well with the powder. ( I realise that this is just a personal foible, with my own taste buds, but you asked for an honest assessment!)
Generally, I feel healthier, now, taking the various products (olive oil, bone broth, apple cider vinegar, Norse strength etc.) than I did before - also sleeping better!

It’s good. I haven’t had my heart scan yet ( been waiting for four months) so I don’t know how my heart is doing. It was functioning at 29% so I’ll let you know after the scan. Neil likes it on his avocado and tomato on toast for breakfast. He has that every morning.

I’ve been using Aeons Ancient Roots for around 18 months now on a monthly subscription. I’ve got to say, I feel great. Only last week I was asked, come on what’s your secret for the get up and go,to which I replied it must be my Ancient roots. I take 2 table spoons each morning with a glass of warm water. I went to the hairdressers last week and the hairdresser said, I have never known anyone to have such fast growing hair, this is one of the first things I had noticed myself since taking it. I am a 15 mile a week walker and I have no aching limbs, my energy levels have never been better. I am 69 years old.

The flavour took a bit of getting use to but now I take it either in a morning or a mid morning snack

It’s still early days,but the first improvement I noticed was my hair becoming thicker and healthier.I am hoping taking a tablespoon every day will improve my arthritic joints and also help weight loss..
If the latter improves,it is well worth the expense.

I particularly enjoy the olive oi and the bone broth.
