I was surprised to see any negative reviews at all because the company were a joy to deal with compared to a national company I basically sacked for no shows by the engineer. Andy,the owner responded quickly to my call and provided a very reasonable quote of £65 to remove an old Sky dish and wiring.I was pleased he could offer a visit early next week and as promised one of his team phoned me the same morning to book me in but then actually came out and completed the job within hours on the same day.Excellent service by a polite,young man who worked in the rain.Highly recommended.

Really poor service and false promises. Wouldn’t trust this company at all. Made multiple promises to come down and install Starlink, came to view the site and said they would be calling back to install the starlink - have since been ignoring all calls. Called on a different number and surprise surprise they answered. Have since gone AWOL again. Unreliable

On time, polite, clear on price and got the job done. Nothing else really needs saying - wish all tradies were like that

Disappointing.
I phoned Andy and agreed a two hour slot on Wednesday. On Wednesday 90 minutes into the slot I received a call to say it was too wet. We arranged another time for Friday at 9.00. No one turned up. After an hour I called Andy and said don't come as it seems that you cannot be bothered. I confirmed by text. I received a text reply saying Aaron (who?) should be here (he wasn't!). I contacted another company who arrived within 30 minutes and have just finished the job. Great work from them.

Rang them 9.30am Phil came & did a great job,installed new Ariel & cable,job was done by 11.30,couldn’t have asked for more,well done👍

Poor service came to our block of 8 flats to fix a communal aerial still the same poor picture steer clear lazy and abrupt attitude

on Friday 19th July 2024, I messaged the number on the website asking if they would be happy to install a outdoor Cat 6 cable, from one room to another, was asked if Monday 22nd or Tuesday 23th July was ok, I said Monday was better and we set a time from 11am - 1pm, I sent pictures of where the cable needed to go and send address, even asked if it was cash or card payment, all was set for Monday 22nd 2024.

It's monday 22nd and it's 13:21 while writing this review, they have not messaged letting me know they aren't coming, I messaed at 13:14 saying "as I havent heard from you, I guess you are not comming. it's a shame, and I am really confused why they coldn't let me know they havent come, I have the text messages as proof.

EDIT, 13:30. They messaged saying "I'll get him to call you" and I received a second message from a different number saying they will be with me by 14:00, but I'll be out.

Called up for my elderly aunt in Audenshaw. Her reception on TV was sketchy in the rain.

Andy was great in assigning Phil to the job. Put simply, Phil came, put up with my Auntie (over 80 and natter natter LOL) and basically did a fantastic clean and precise job. End result - HAPPY AUNTIE.

Highly recommended.
