No longer trading

Its a shame but the company appears to have folded, website is now down, iv placed plenty of trade orders with them in the past and had no issues whatsoever.

'Sorry we are experiencing internet issues with our phones'

'Sorry, we are experiencing internet issues' Yes and I bet that's what you've heard and come here to see you are not the only one. My order was placed 6/10/17 now 17/10/17, despite company website stating 4-day delivery. Tried using their in-house communication system to find out the status of the order, still no response. Ironic the website is working fine and accepting orders, yet their phone system answerphone message states they are having internet issues, so their phones are down, continuously. Having looked through companies house appears as a small family concern, just wondering if any of this kit is actually held in stock and the web business model is based on 'Just in Time' principle and need a minimum order to place with their suppliers, hence the delays in customer orders. If this is your family business model and approach to customer service, say bye bye to making it grow......in the immortal words of Fraser in Dad's Army...'You are Doomed'

Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs.Goods ordered on 2 October, 2017 and still not received. Recorded message when you ring to say they are having IT issues. This has been going on for 11 days yet the website is still operating and I can see my payment and the queries I have raised that have not been resolved. Also no response to a direct email from by own email account. Raised a query via Paypal that they have not responded to so I have escalated it with Paypal although I will be surprised if I get my money back. The company address/addresses are both large private houses. There does not appear to be a depot or shop. Form your own opinion based on the above

Rubbish company

Like others, I have been trying to get a refund and there is no response on their ticket system or by phone. I think they have deservedly gone bust so don't touch them with your money.

Good quality products, fast delivery.

I ordered HD satellite cable, plugs and clips to to be able to reposition my sky box at the other end of the room. Aerialsat were the cheapest online.
I had sent a question to them using their message system, but got no reply, my only negative of the order.
The product info on the website is good so used this to order the right gear.
If they could sort out the communication side of things, this would be a 5 star business.

Annoying service

Ordered cable on a Tuesday to do job on the following Sat. No cable came. Called on Friday - no luck with an answer. Called Monday and got straight through and fresh order was dispatched and I received it next day. Really annoyed because I had missed a weather window. Asked what I should do if original order arrived and I think I was told to return it but this was a little vague, anyway original never came and that raises a question which I will leave you to answer. On a positive note materials were very good and job now completed. Would I use this company again? No.

Very poor service

Ordered a small cable against a 3 working day delivery. 1 week later nothing arrived. Purchased locally & informed the Company I would be returning the packet unopened. Absolutely no response.
The packet eventually arrived & I returned it unupened.

Have been trying ever since to make contact.
The 'chat' line is never manned
Telephone is mostly not answered & the one time I got through, hung on for 20 minutes without answer
No answer to my emails (6)
I feel totally ignored & I want my payment refunded.
Small Claims Court appears the only way forward.
This Company should be avoided

Quick dispatch but poor customer service

My order was problem free, dispatched quickly and arrived in good time - that was all absolutely smooth. I can't fault Aerialsat in that regard at-all.

However due to no fault of Aerialsat I needed to return the item and that is when the problems started. All the emails from Aerialsat encourage one create a 'Question' via their ticket system to contact customer service. I obliged and opened one on 30th June, 20 days later the question has actually been deleted without a response!

Fortunately I was able to catch someone on live chat during their extremely short customer service opening hours (only 4 hours M-Th and 2 hours on Friday!!!) who explained the returns process, and the refund was processed without incident.

When I asked them why my 'Question' hadn't been answered, they said they were busy and it must have been missed! This is probably the worst customer service I have encountered online.

In summary; if you just need to order something then Aerialsat are good. However if there are any complications then expect problems. As a result I cannot recommend Aerialsat.

Just awful!

Ordered an item on next day delivery on 11th June. Heard nothing. Checked Parcelforce tracking and was unclear. Eventually emailed Aerialsat, did not get a reply for 2 days. Called on the 18th. 1 week after the initial order. Did not really apologise, just shifted blame to their dropshipper. Terrible communication, customer service, response times. Only thing they have done right is make sure I got a refund but this took 11 days! Total disappointment and waste of my time.

Still chasing order. Poor customer service

I'm still chasing an order. The company are difficult to get hold of - their phones are only answered between 10AM and 3PM, with no service Friday PM - that's really poor these days. You can't send them an email unless you have already registered - so if you have paid by PayPal without registering, you are left to the phones.

Excellent service

I cannot fault the service I received from Aerialsat. I ordered a Humax RM-F04 remote on 22/08/14 but sadly it's still floating around somewhere in the Royal Mail ether. I contacted Aerialsat on the 27th to say it hadn't arrived and they sent a replacement by tracked post which arrived today asking only that I return the first one if it ever gets here.

Terrible, terrible, terrible

Ordered a TV bracket on 21st July. I am still waiting for it to arrive. Despite repeated assurances it is on its way still no sign. I have now been told it will be delivered tomorrow. I wont hold my breath. Stick to Amazon next time.

Brilliant Service

Dear All
I needed to get hold of a new power supply for my aerial, called Aerialsat and spoke to Danny, I think, answered all my questions. Excellent service and telephone manner. Aerialsat have kept me informed about my order time dispatched etc. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would definitely recommend Aerialsat to friends and family.

Be cautious, deal only in written form and keep records

I ordered a Humax HDR 1000s 1TB-GB Freesat recorder from AerialSat.com of Wimbourne, online, which was delivered in good time, no problems thus far. I was first put on my guard by the fact that they told me that in case of any return, I would need to provide a print of the invoice, which was not posted to me, but attached to an email in PDF form. I was not able to print this in the normal way despite its properties showing I should have been able to. My computer was able to print other PDFs I'd received, but I could only print the Aerialsat invoice by doing a screen print. Unfortunately, I found the Humax Freesat recorder to be unsatisfactory in several respects. I told AerialSat that I wanted to return it for a full refund, and with their agreement I did, Recorded Delivery. Then I waited. And waited. I contacted them again, and was told initially they had no record of my previous communication on my account, but then was told by someone there that they were very busy, but she would ask Accounts to get moving on my refund. Then nothing. All my further communications were ignored. Eventually I opened a dispute via Paypal. AerialSat ignored Paypal too, evidently, and continued to ignore them after I escalated the dispute to a claim, because Paypal found in my favour after the requisite period without asking me for any futher evidence or clarification. I did not get back my postage cost, but was thankful for Paypal's recovery of the purchase price.
