Exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for an Arrows SZD54. The only unit in EU was in Aerobertics. I had a problem with the paypal payment and they immediatley sent a mail to solve it. I ordered it on last Saturday and today it has just arrived to Spain in perfect conditions. Nothing but a perfect service and delivery. 👍
Good advice, owner takes time to sort out any question or problem you have. Delivery is on time. I've bought materials and components with intervals during several years now, service has always been impeccable. Sometimes merchandise is not in stock, then you need to inquire as to what the delivery term is expected to be. If you grow impatient, just inquire by email again what the status is. You always get a swift answer.
Aerobertics is a very reliable and friendly shop. It is one of the rare shops for the products of Extreme Flight and their brands in Europe. In opposite to others I could find spare parts even for soldout models which aren't available any more. They must have a large and very well equipped warehouse.
I bought a plane a few years ago there, because it was the cheapest offer in Europe. Since then I'm a satisfied customer for planes and parts.
Additionally the contact is very friendly. I get answers very fast - sometimes even on weekends - which show a detailed knowledge and helpful mind of Aerobertics' staff and owner.
