Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware: Loyal Customer Turned Away for Shocking Quality Issues
I have been a loyal Aerosoft customer for years, but after this experience, I will never purchase from this brand again. My husband bought me a pair of $40 dressy flip-flops for my birthday to replace an old pair that broke. Because they were nicer sandals, I saved them for a special trip to California with a friend a month and a half later.I put them on for the very first time, and within just 20 minutes of wearing them, they literally began disintegrating. My friend noticed chunks of black rubber all over the floor—sure enough, it was the soles of my brand-new shoes crumbling apart. Complete junk. When my husband contacted Aerosoft customer support with photos of the defective shoes, their response was completely dynamic and uncaring. They hid behind their strict 30-day policy and refused to offer a refund or an exchange, completely ignoring the fact that the product was fundamentally defective right out of the box.It is incredibly disappointing that a company would treat a long-time customer this way over a clearly flawed product. Shame on Aerosoft for making such a terrible product and offering even worse customer service. Save your $40 and buy from a brand that actually stands behind what they sell.
Dispatcher Pro
I only gave this product 3 stars because, although it brings a breath of fresh air to the world of helicopter simulation, the actual simulation is still quite limited.
Let me explain. There are no animations when you arrive at the incident scene. No crew members get out of the helicopter, nobody is winched down, and there are no rescue animations like those available in Random and Everywhere when that add-on is working. Patient management is nothing more than a user interface. It is far too complicated for people with no real-life medical background, yet far too unrealistic for those who actually work in emergency medical services. On top of that, having to check the patient’s vital signs every two minutes is completely pointless and unrealistic.
Last but certainly not least—and this is actually the biggest issue—the software is poorly optimized. It consumes an enormous amount of system resources without doing anything that justifies it. My PC has a 13th-generation Intel Core i9 processor, 256 GB of RAM, an NVIDIA RTX 4070, and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 runs perfectly on its own. However, as soon as I launch Dispatcher Pro as well, nighttime flights become almost impossible because everything starts stuttering. That is simply unacceptable.
It’s a good start and the concept has a lot of potential, but there is still a mountain of work to be done.

Can you help with providing support for FSX. The Aerosoft Scenery for EGLL is good but messed up GSX and FSX. There is not a fix for it and I cannot seem to find it.
Can you help with providing support for legacy platforms like FSX?
i'm happy with my Toliss/Aerosoft A340-600
I dont speak english, but i'm happy with my Toliss/Aerosoft A340-600, it can be more improvement, but at the moment is a good plane.

Such good customer service
Such good customer service, I'm really impressed with the level of communication and understanding from the team. I love their products and add-ons for my fsx SIM hobby, high quality software and high quality humans, excellent, can't recommend them highly enough
You buy a product aaaaaand........nothing
You buy a product, download the client , enter all the relevant data about which sim you have and where the community folder is (without it actually being explained) and then the client doesn't let you download the plane you just bought. There's not even a button to click to start it. This download/management app really does not work and there isn't even a dialogue box to explain what the problem is. One should have access to the plane(s) right away without any further ado.

Toolbar pushback pro
I have sent an email to you but there is no response. My product (toolbar pushback pro) doesn't work because stucks loading screen on msfs 2024, and nothing happens. I asked for help and support. And you even didn't send single support email. Now you are sending an email and want to learn my opinions? Forget it. I just want refund. Nothing else.

They do make great simulation games but not for console
They do make great simulation games, however, on the console side of things, especially Tourist Bus Simulator, it seems like they really dont care about that game. The only real issue with this is that they game it an update, and then there were more problems than before the January update. it promised some bug fixes, but introduced new ones! Word of advice, if you are going to update a game, make sure you test it first and ensure the quality of work that I know they are capable of. Now I have spoken before about adding wheel support to the game, (5 months ago...) and they said they are focusing on Fernbus simulator, which I dont mind, but I would like to address the fact that I, as well as many others, do not play Tourist Bus Simulator anymore on console, because it is bugfest. and the new update on console says and I quote "PC and console are now in sync again, enabling future updates" but the last update on steam was 19h ago as of writing this review (information based on SteamDB and may not be 100% true), the last update I got on Tourist Bus Simulator on console was on the 8th of January, now that's ridiculous. Please fix this, I know you can do better, gave you money for garbage.
Dear Developers,
Dear Developers,
I am writing to highlight several persistent issues in Fernbus Coach Simulator that continue to impact the experience, particularly on console. These problems have been raised by players multiple times, yet they remain unresolved.
The game currently suffers from frequent performance lag, noticeable graphical glitches, and the absence of key features such as force feedback support. The indicator system—especially for minibuses—is also unreliable, with automatic indicators failing to cancel and no proper manual option available. These are not minor inconveniences; they directly affect core gameplay and realism.
In addition, the lack of proper road signage and ground markings makes navigation unnecessarily difficult. Features such as speed limits displayed on the road, advance warnings for roundabouts, and clearer prompts to slow down are standard expectations in a simulator of this type and should be prioritised.
Another major missing feature is voice navigation. A basic AI system that provides spoken directions (e.g., “turn left” or “prepare to exit”) would significantly improve usability and bring the experience closer to modern standards.
At this stage, players are not asking for extras—they are asking for essential fixes and features that should already be in place. Continued delays in addressing these concerns risk damaging player confidence and long-term engagement with the game.
I strongly urge you to acknowledge these issues and provide a clear update roadmap or timeline for when players can expect improvements. Transparency and communication at this point are just as important as the fixes themselves.
I look forward to your response and to seeing these issues properly addressed.
Great quality for the money
