I bought parts on January 14th it's now…

I bought parts on January 14th it's now Feb 25th and I still have not received my parts, I've been lied to over and over again, and my car is in the shop being 75 per day storage fee, because these parts still haven't arrived, they don't won't give my money back, they keep making excuses

I received a broken part

I received a broken part, and it was packed in its original packaging! Did someone blind pack it, or was it actually shipped like this on purpose? That’s completely unacceptable!
First, I paid for my order, and the company canceled it without any explanation. Now, you’re sending me this defective item? This is beyond frustrating and unprofessional!

They know air suspension!!

Dealing with a company who specialise in exactly what I needed. Although based in Germany their delivery and updates were first class. Their prices were good and the air suspension compressor they have supplied is clearly a first class piece of manufacturing. Although not yet fitted I am thoroughly impressed with Aerosus

Shock absorber leaking oil and damaged after six month of purchase

I bought BMW X5 F85 shock absorber with VDC right 2015-2018, SKU: 170229-2, 2 parts (right and left Parts) with F15 Air Suspension Compressor SKU: 165520. Sadly both the shock absorber rear right and left are damaged after six months, one is leaking oil and second shoe is damaged, and also the Compressor always make a funny noise, like cracking noise. when I tried to replace it with new order, I found out that it has limited 2 years warranties, but I am confused now as to what to do, the car is bumpy everytime I drive it.

Ordered a compressor and 2 air springs…

Ordered a compressor and 2 air springs for a BMW f15.
I received my order very fast but only the compressor and 1 air spring was delivered (shipping to South Africa can have issues). Customer service was very polite and and acknowledged the missing part, they assured me that the remaining part would come and kept me updated.
When all parts arrived they were fitted very easily and the quality is very good and looks very similar to the original parts.

Apart from South African shipping the packages came quickly and the compressor was packed in a protective foam that worked very well
I will definitely use this company again and can recommend it to others.

WARNING! NOT TO BE TRUSTED IN ANY WAY

WARNING!! NOT TO BE TRUSTED IN ANY WAY they sell WRONG parts and then refuse to refund, they pretend to give an useless voucher (expiring after 12 months) supposed to be used to purchase some wrong (china?) parts on their website.

Ordered air suspension dampers and…

Ordered air suspension dampers and a compressor to my XC90 2016. Had issues with the compressor that made a strange clicking sound and suddenly it was giving fault codes. But Aerosus helped me and sent a new compressor that is now working correctly!
There's still a clicking sound front suspension but that needs more investigation in workshop before knowing exactly what it is. Aerosus said that they can help out as well if there's any fault with the damper.

quality you can trust.

Very quick delivery and quality you can trust.
The replacement compressor has transformed the level time of the suspension.
This is the second time I have use Aerosus, had replacement air springs 3 years ago which have been great. Originally ordered from aerosus because of all the good reviews on mb forum.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED IN ANYWAY……

NOT TO BE TRUSTED IN ANYWAY……
This company goes back on their word and you can not speak to any management even when it is a very serious complaint.
They promised to give full refund but then changed their mind and said I can have them in vouchers for the company…?? not sure why I would want vouchers for this company and I said I want my money back.
They then changed their mind on that and said they would give nothing back on the basis I refused the voucher… which is disgusting and morally wrong.
They also said they would refund in full the part that I paid. £885…. They then only paid back £765 and would not pay back the remaining £120.. Again lying and not following what they have promised on the phone which was all recorded.
This is totally unacceptable and I still don’t understand when this matter is as serious as it is putting my children’s lives in danger why NO MANAGEMENT gets in touch.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!
They will sell you faulty goods and they have zero interest after as well as not refunding the full amounts when they say they would…
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES AND THE COMPANY DIRECTORS SHOULD REVIEW THIS ITS BEYOND DISGUSTING….
