This company will take your money. I been disputing a charge for months with my bank because Aes will not refund my money. I made a payment which they claimed not to have received therefore I made a second payment using money order, the first payment that they are supposed to return has never been refunded. Their financial has stop responding ever since. Not trust worthy will lie to you take your money. I would absolutely not recommend

The staff at AES are very concise and appropriate in their respective positions. They waste no time addressing any issues with immediate effect and they ensure the problem is taking care of.

The only issue I had transacting business with AES is only with the pick up team. They indiscriminately deducted $300 for most flimsy repairs and washing they claimed they did on my behalf. Otherwise, I will say they provided me with excellent service. So far so good, with all information at my disposal now, I think I will want to do more business with them but if they can improve on their land/pick up team.

As a customer you feel very supported by everyone in the AES team, we do a few shipments a month and great service is always a constant! Thank you for everything you do to make sure all is taken care of all the time!
