Purchased 2 separate tops, both same size. One fits fine and the other won't even fit over my head. Told by company that it's my problem

I've been buying clothes from their shop for a few years and never had a problem, my first ever items i bought from them where t-shirts and hoodies (back than their shop used to be namen aestheticshop haha). The sizing charts are very accurate and the quality is great.
The arrival time is about a month as it comes from China, but it's worth the wait.
In total I have like 4 t-shirts, 3 hoodies and 2 sweaters from them.

Horrible. The clothes are very skimpy and cheap and the sizing is way off. To return need to send to China for around $100.

Do not buy from them

Horrible customer service. Order arrived 2 months later and there were items I never ordered. When I contacted them to return they wanted me to pay shipping back to china(like 100 dollars). DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Very poor. After 3 months my order never arrived. Very poor customer service. Until now I am fighting to have a refund. Not sure I will ever get it! I would never recommend this Aestian clothing to anyone. The dress material was worse than a rag I use to clean floors. And they said they have a return policy they told me i could not return it. Bad businesss never order from them.

Literally just cheap, low quality fake crap from China, sold for a ridiculously high price. Buy your stuff straight from aliexpress instead for $1.

I was a little skeptical because I ordered all my clothes and then I read the reviews on it but in all honestly my clothes came pretty quick given that they’re coming from China and all my clothes look like how they do online so I am pleasantly surprised with the shop ♥️

Do not buy from these cheap people. It was mostly my fault for not doing the research, but they buy cheap from Ali express, so nothing is going to fit you anyway and it’s poor quality. I bought 7 or so items from them and I can keep 1 and even that I can tell is going to break in a couple months. The earrings are missing a part, the hoodie print was broken, the fishnets were tiny, the socks were just as small, the skirt wouldn’t even fit an Australian size 6 and I bought a large. Not to mention it took them 7 weeks to deliver when they said 3, and it took them 3 or so day’s to get back to me and help at all, not that they did.

Thepackage took a longgg time to arrive- as in around 2 months to get to Western Europe. But other than tha, the experience was pretty good. Aesthentials customer service answered my email quickly, and I was also able to track my product on ParcelApp.
The product itself was a pink tank top and it was stretchy, comfortable and cute. I would recommend this website to somebody with a lot of patience! Overall, my experience was good.

OVERPRICED LOW QUALITY CRAP. Literally worse than any other clothing store I’ve ever shopped at. I will NOT be shopping here again.

My February order never arrived and the shipping details by the tracking number has ‘expired’ $194 out of pocket- SCAM

ordered a pair of earrings in February that never turned up and they are unresponsive to emails, and the tracking number i was given always says "Not found" when i have tried to track it

I haven't received my order that I ordered in NOVEMBER, I wrote emails to them about it and they haven't replied to any of them..... I don't recommend ordering from there webside

Takes a while to ship but quality of the sweatshirt I ordered was great

Shippig takes forever, Service is bad and the tracking site makes no sense. Shipping was max 2-3 weeks, and I have waited 3 weeks now. I still have not reveived a more recent update than 21st of December

Terrible website, they switched their name to get away from bad reviews but quality is cheap and super overpriced. they jsut dropship from aliexpress

Dropshipping business. Don't buy from them, just buy from china instead.

edit: after researching more, this is also soaestheticshop. They have unfilled orders and have taken money from customers and delivered trash.
