disgusting store

disgusting store! They didn't sent me my order. I ordered a dress with delivery to Germany, after 2 days I received a letter stating that they would not be able to send it to Germany for some reason.
They returned the money. I ordered a dress with delivery to Georgia, paying all the duties in the order. After 3 days, a letter that the duties will not be paid, I will have to pay them already when the parcel arrives in the country. Before ordering I was interested in this question, but they answered me that everything was paid in the order itself. The dress never came. I do not recommend this store, do not buy anything from them
