Don’t buy !!!
Came with a dead battery and after 2 months of sending photos back and forth with proof . They wanted me to buy another battery with 10% off .
I ask for a refund but I see from these reviews i been had !!!

I received a vacuum cleaner today. It is broken. Unusable. No way to contact the supplier. Very upset.

My customer service experience was a positive one. I dealt with Karen who helpfully arranged for a full refund after I cancelled my order soon after buying it on realising the purchase was not necessary. Thank you Karen.

I woke Monday morning and my bank account has been gutted by Aetheros UK and being Easter wknd nothing could do. If used your visa cancel asap and get a new one this is a scam this company.

Don't be sucked in (pardon the pun) to purchase this product.
The vacuum is not fit for purpose. It arrived with some parts cracked. It is noisy, the vacuum head does not intuitively flatten to the floor and it is useless with pet hair.
They lie in their advertising.

Robot cleaner charger broke after 3 weeks. They did email me back promptly but didnt do anything to fix the issue just kept asking me to wait for technical. In the end after 2 months and about 10 emails i asked for money back and they asked me to return the product at my expense, pay for the original carriage and a 15% handling fee.

Claim now to Amex. Using addresses that look like it a uk company

The worst company ever.
I have sent them videos of the vaccum cleaner not vacuuming up dust and "Cindy" advised that the vacuum cleaner wasn't to be used that way. I asked what else was it to do but vacuum up dust and that was the intention I bought it. They are a complete joke. Over a week now of them ignoring the fact they sent me a faulty product

Bought the robot vacuum 2 months ago, thr dustbin/watertank seal broke which caused the water tank to get a cracked in it, they are refusing to fix it. DO NOT BUY

Absolutely shocking customer expeirence and avoid at all costs. I bought a wildlife camera which is faulty and they are refusing to take it back. Do not buy from this seller

The telescopic tube was faulty on the hoover that arrived. I'm looking for a refund, they're giving me the runaround, they want me to pay to send it back to China. I keep asking for a full refund as it was faulty, not getting anywhere at the moment. I'm fuming. Don't anyone buy off these.

Do not trust this company - they took £250 from me and never delivered the robot hoover I ordered. I’ve been back and forth with them for a month with no resolution. This is a scam, don’t waste your time!

Bought a vacuum cleaner which never worked from day 1. Rejected it immediately and all this company does is ask for videos and photos ignoring the fact that I’ve already formally rejected it. Reminded them on numerous occasions that under UK consumer laws, they must refund in full including return postage. Latest email from them requires me to return it to China at my expense plus cost of sending plus admin fee! I’m liaising with my credit card company

AETHEROS is a scam. They are saying they don't have a record of my order despite my screenshot with the order number. No order confirmation email received, however £245 has been taken from my account to 'Hong Kong'. They just keep saying "send us the email confirmation". But of course I didn't get one. My bank are able to dispute it after 15 days. Fingers crossed. Otherwise that's a lot of lost money. Be careful of some review comparison sites too. Don't use their links!

my father is 93 years old went and bought this Atheros Vacuum Cleaner it was advertised as being in the UK was surprised it was actually in China, how can they false advertise this sold in the UK, bought it in January still waiting for it to arrive says this July tried to cancel order still waiting to hear from these CON

Does not work. Charge it and it cuts out immediately. No response to my emails. Absolute waste of money.

Adding my name to the growing victims of this company. They are not a legit and I am seeking help from Santander for a £245 refund for a vacuum that has not arrived.

I bought a Robot vacuum cleaner from this company Aetheros.co.uk unfortunately they are not a UK company they are Chinese. I received my vacuum cleaner after about a month. After about a week it started to leak water I got onto them and they wanted photographs and videos. I sent them a photograph and a video they got back to me and said that I could send the product back and I would have to pay postage of €40 plus a 15% handling fee and if they did not receive it I would get nothing, also they said I could keep the product and they would give me 3% of my total price back which was €280, this would be about €8, I refused and I asked for the address to send it back. This was over two weeks ago. They have not got back to me. I got onto my credit card company for a charge back Revolut.
They started to work on the case and where looking for a lot of information asking me did I sent it back on their webpage. You have to insert dates because I didn’t send it back. I did not have any dates and you can’t proceed to the next page unless you put something in so I just inserted xxxx so I could proceed, then they said I didn’t give them enough information. how could I anyway? So they closed the case? So I got onto them again and I put in more information about it not being sent back they are still working on it at the moment, but I am not very hopeful. I think this is a bogey company (Aetheros) and I would recommend not buying anything from them they take ages to get back to you when you email them. The address in England was a flat and now it has been dissolved as far as I can see on the Internet, so stay away from them.
Good news today 29/03/26. I received my money back from my credit card company. Revolut it took some time but they got it back. Fairplay to them this is the address for the company in China. You sold me the faulty vacuum cleaner.

They now want me to return the money that I got back from my credit card company they have some neck. I refused then they told me they would accept half of the money back which is €140 they want for sending me a faulty vacuum. They refused to pay the postage to send the vacuum back so I still have it. nothing from them for four months now lots of emails this is because Revolut got the money back for me. they have some neck stay away from this company.

UPDATE: The product I received is technically the same as I thought I bought but manufactured under a different name. Aetheros is just a marketing platform for the product I bought as well as some other products. Unfortunately i just paid over $100 more than I had too. So still BUYER BEWARE.

Don't buy anything from this company it's a scam, they take your money send you false tracking details that you can't check yourself as the number doesn't exist, luckily my credit card company refunded me otherwise I'd of been done for hundreds, don't be a fool like me and read reviews and do a bit of research before buying something online
