My roadside assistance dispatched this…

My roadside assistance dispatched this company for a flat tire. The driver, Fouad, requested an additional $40 (cash/Zelle) beyond what my insurance covered to perform a patch repair and compared it to “outside shop” pricing.

I later learned the limitations/safety considerations of patch repairs were not explained at the time. The driver’s communication was also rude, including around my son. I requested a receipt for the additional payment and was told dispatch would send one; it never arrived. When I called the company, they said they do not provide receipts. That’s not acceptable.
