I had a slight problem this morning and contacted support. I had an immediate email exchange with a gentleman called Omar who was brilliant! Within half an hour he had fixed the issue and was a gentleman throughout. I highly recommend this company!

Is sad because I can't give zero stars.
I bought a plugin from them and I have serious conflict problems with Elementor. In the first week I contacted the people from Elementor and they proved to me that it is not from Elementor. I installed a plugin from another company and it works perfectly. Then I contacted AffiliateWP and came across an ignorant person who created my contact form on top of the affiliate registration form. I also took another hosting to eliminate the suspicion of a faulty hosting. Omar, besides not solving the problem, also worked on a website cloned on another server. His interest is to take time to exceed the 14 days in which I can request the return of the money. On Friday, I opened another ticket, canceled the subscription and asked for the money back. No one answered me, even though Friday and Monday are working days. They didn't even solve the conflict problem with Elementor and they don't want to return the money either. Some cheap scammers. They are playing with our money. Stay away from these thieves.
I lost money about £100 and time, about two weeks, to try to sort the technical issue.

Update:
The support team finally fixed my issue. Despite it being a very rare problem, they persisted and resolved it for me (although it could have been more efficient).

Since purchasing the plugin, I've encountered issues with both the license and the addons not activating, resulting in a forbidden error. Your support has tried to resolve the issues but only responds once every 2-3 days, asking me to create a staging site or provide FTP details, without any real progress.

It has been 10 days now, and I still can't use the plugin. I am truly disappointed and frustrated with your support.
