This company are refusing to give me my money back. I bought a jacket which did not fit. I returned it, following their return procedure to the letter and they wont return my money. I keep getting fobbed of by emails from them.

three days short of a month to deliver. Their idea of "XXL" is actually an honest "Medium"...plus there was a zip pocket that wasn't really a pocket... just a zipper. Poor quality. Poor service. skip them.

These guys are the worst I have ever experienced. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

This site is a Chinese scam. Don't do it! You buy 6-XL. They send things that are like 12-year-old size; then they make you pay shipping to return, make you fill out all kinds of forms, then they charge you a "re-stocking fee".

A more proper name for this company is "Fraud Schemes".

Terrible product - cheaply produced Chinese rubbish, no washing label, in fact no labels of any kind. The amazing zip they claimed is just a zip and not a particularly good one, and the garment is AT LEAST three sizes too small (ordered XL for a man, fits a size 10 woman).

Customer service is appalling, and the terms and conditions for returns are ridiculous - 20% 'restocking' fee for something that's never been out of it's packaging.

Utterly dismal.

The shoes were exactly as described. The price was excellent. I will be ordering another pair next week.

Received my shoes after about 4 weeks, and as i looked over all of the reviews after placing my order i was a little skeptical on what my experience would be with Affinity. Well, i will have to say that the size was perfect, the quality was perfect although these items come from China and took almost 4 weeks, the tracking provided was on track and to the point. Overall a 5 start except the length of time to get them. Will enjoy these shoes for sure.

Like so many before, I got scammed by this company. I don't believe they even try to fill the order correctly. Do not do business with them!

Rubbish company. I ordered my shoes in September last year, had to return them because they were far too small. Have never received another pair. Tried ringing and the mailbox is always full. Can 't get a reply by email. They really are a bad company who just take your money and customer service is appalling.

Do not be misled by their slick on-line advertising and pop ups. I doubt that this is a legit company. I purchased what looked like a lovely hoodie, but the quality was appalling. Among other problems, it was tainted with chemicals and the odor never abated after airing. The fabrics were shoddy beyond belief. I ordered a M but got an XL (per the label) but was told I was wrong. A return was authorized but, after paying for shipment and labeling it with the RMA, it was returned to me unclaimed. When I wrote AGAIN to as why, I got a form response that they don't do returns and that it's clearly stated. I have disputed the charge with Amex and will discard the item. And BTW -- they delete all negative reviews. Look closely, though, and you will see the high number of thumbs down on the positive reviews on their site.

They sent me two pairs of trousers which were not as described so I asked for an exchange. I spoke with the 'customer service team' and returned the trousers at my expense, only to be notified days later that they could not be delivered. Turns out their return address had been changed...

I had selected for the trousers to be 'disposed of' if they could not be delivered to avoid effectively paying double to return them (foolishly thinking that there was no way that the address could be wrong). But it was.

This company is a complete scam and took $125.00 of my money, of which I have nothing to show for.

PLEASE AVOID!

Like so many reviews here, Affinity Find is certainly one to be avoided.

I ordered a 38 inch waist trouser but received a 32 inch waist trouser. I have emailed their customer service and sent them photographs of the trousers, including a tape measure along side clearly showing the difference in size.

I have raised the problem with Affinity Find who have not responded to my emails.

I shall also be including my review comments on Facebook to warn others. I encourage anyone else to share their experiences.

Luckily I have paid by PayPal so hopefully I have some reprieve.

This is a scam! They will not credit me for my return even though I tracked the package and they have received it!

Bought a pair of shoes for my husband in December for Christmas from them and they sent the wrong size. I had to return at my own exspense and its now March and I still have not received the correct size shoes or a refund. They never answer the phone and only respond by email with the same bogus response. I had to file a claim with paypal. This company is a scam!!!
