I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Right from the beginning, the HR team seemed unprofessional and unprepared. When I arrived for the interview and asked for a glass of water, I was casually told there's no office boy, and was taken to a water cooler with a shared steel glass—definitely not a welcoming gesture for any visitor.
During the telephonic interview, I specifically asked for the job description, but was told to come to the office for more details. Upon arrival, I found out it's essentially a call center setup offering CSR and PRO roles, which could have easily been communicated earlier to avoid wasting time.
Throughout the interview, the HR representatives were smiling in a way that didn’t feel respectful or professional—it gave the impression they weren’t taking the process seriously at all. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a serious, respectful workplace.
