I ordered the SELENE PENDANT LIGHT from Affluent Interior. I was a bit worried that it might arrive damaged due to the glass, however the order was securely wrapped. Overall, my experience was 5 stars!

Ordered on 08/10/2022 and received 08/19/2022 to NY. the products I ordered was 1x chandelier and 2x pendants. All products arrived in tact and in working order.

The website was easy to use, ordering was smooth and everything went came as displayed on the site. however, I unfortunately needed to return my order as it not the right fit for my project. Nevertheless, it was still a seamless experience 🤷‍♀️

purchasing from affluent interior was an easy task. the quality was sufficient and I appreciated the prompt response time from their customer support.

my order never arrived; i emailed 3 times to their support email and they replied once saying if the order doesnt arrive in 10 days, they would refund me. when i email back now, i get a response that my email was undeliverable because their email believes my response is 'spam'. im out $250+ for 2 light fixtures that i've been waiting for 1.5 months for.....

The website and the sales people are wonderful. HOWEVER!! They *completely* ghost you once you have an issue. The sales people who were so promptly responsive as I was purchasing the item didn’t respond to ANY of my emails again.

The “highlight pendant light” should come with a built in transformer. It doesn’t work without it. I ended up getting an electrician wire a transformer to it.

The “coco wall light” looked really cool on the website but in reality it looks very cheap. The gold is not brushed, it’s the cheap looking gold plate look…

I would NEVER order from them again.

I am very disappointed with this company. I order wall lights in May 2022.They sent me 2 but they are two left one instead of a left and a right one. They will not answer my emails about sending the lights back. Now I am out of $158.00 and capital one refuses to credit my acct. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

Ordered five items. Received two damaged and one I never got. Customer care does not respond to any emails, so I lost my money.

Ordered 2 lights but only received one. Company refused to send second light or give refund.
