Worst company ever charging me $13 when they said their product is only $9something and I can't even find a email or phone number to contact them

Ordered a watch and bracelet in the beginning of this month and it just arrived. Their website went offline a couple days ago but they responded to me over email when I wanted to ask where my stuff is. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the products but the shipping time is a bit long for people who are accustomed to 2 day shipping lol

Bought the king and queen braclets and got a tracking number and now the website is down. Can we all collectively do something? If they take 10 to 20 dollars from let’s say 200 people then they made off with a nice chunk of money by making a fake site and taking peoples credit card numbers and money.

I ordered a free bracelet a few weeks ago and never ended up receiving it. I tried multiple times emailing the “contact email” and even dm the stores Instagram page— which hasn’t been “used” since last year and a lot of people even commented “check dm” probably for the same situation as me. When i tried checking my tracking number it ALWAYS said not available yet.

I purchased bracelets from them the beginning of June and still have not received anything. Anytime I try to track my package its saying there is nothing available when I have the order number that they sent me. So frustrating and annoying and they pretty much just took my money

Total and complete scam. These people should be prosecuted and sent to jail. They take your money and never ship your product. I can't believe the website is still up. It should be taken down to prevent further fraud!

I saw the advert for the free watches that affluent looks were giving away and decided to get one as it looked high quality and it was supposedly reduced from something like $65. First of all, it took about two and a half months to arrive which was nowhere near the 4-9 days it was supposed to arrive in, then when it did come, it looked nothing like the advertised product. Yes, it still resembled the same style of watch but the whole of the exterior was made from plastic including the two buttons at the top (which didn't actually do anything as they were fake). Even the miniature hands in the middle of the clock face were just painted on. It was essentially just a children's toy and there is absolutely not a chance that it was worth the price that they say it was reduced from, but you're really just paying for what you get considering it was free and only $9.95 postage.

Very disappointing, wish there was and option for no stars because this company is shocking. Ordered a set of bracelets and have emailed them because they haven’t arrived but have not received a reply or anything !! Do not order from here !!

I ordered two watches more than 21 weeks ago and have not received them. I have emailed them four times, never once did they respond. They even deleted my order number and tracking, it's like my order fell off the face of the earth. They got a free 20 bucks out of me.

I ordered several items from them over 3 months ago. I am unable to contact them for anything. They have an email but won't respond. They have an Instagram but won't respond. This is unacceptable. I don't know what to do.

I have been trying to contact them but they aren't responding I placed my order a month ago and still haven't received a tracking number. Hopefully i receive my package.
