Disappointed this time.
Always fast delivery and usually great service. However, this time I bought a Clicgear 4.5 trolley and when it arrived it came in a box that had already been opened and was stained by coffee or some other mystery liquid. The trolley itself didn't come in a protective plastic bag as it would if it was brand new and was missing the adjustable cup holder. I believe I have been sent either an ex display trolley or one another customer had returned. Incredibly disappointing when it's the most expensive push trolley on their website at £280.

We completely understand why receiving a product in an opened and marked box, without the usual protective packaging, would lead you to question its condition. We also appreciate how disappointing it must have been, particularly for a premium product.
We're also sorry to hear that the adjustable cup holder was missing. We can understand how frustrating this would have been.
We just wanted to ask whether you made our customer service team aware of the condition of the trolley when you contacted us regarding the missing cup holder we could have this issue investigated with the warehouse manager .Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
