I paid Affordable Process Server $313…

I paid Affordable Process Server $313 on 4 December 2025, plus $24.40 courier, to serve court documents in BC and to send me the Affidavits of Service by email within 7 to 14 business days, as quoted. I received no update, affidavit or proof for over six months. I complained 8 June 2026 and filed BBB Complaint 24920820, which closed 28 June 2026 as unanswered. Only on 14 July 2026 did APS send microfiche copies claiming service on 5 January 2026, saying a clearer copy would follow. No clearer copy has arrived and I still have no original affidavit. APS also says the originals were mailed 13 January 2026 to Brampton, but nothing was received there and no mailing proof was provided, even though the affidavits appear sworn 17 January 2026. The defendants defended the case and attended a settlement conference on 26 May 2026, and the court ordered the case to trial, so I lost the chance to test default promptly. I am seeking a full $337.40 refund.
