Month 2 of working with AFP and I couldn't be happier. What a difference between them and my previous MSP. Good communication, people who genuinely seem to care about how technology should help not hinder the running of our business. Thank you to George, Ben and the whole team.

We transferred our IT business to AFP earlier this year. I'm very pleased to say that this was a seamless transaction and has proven to be a wise and beneficial decision. The team at AFP have the technical knowledge to assist and not only that they always provide a friendly response. George and Ben are always on hand, and if they don' t know the answer they always seem to be able to find someone who does!

There is no doubt the team at AFP have high technical knowledge but this is coupled with a genuine friendliness and customer service orientation which is very welcome in an era of AI.

I would have no hesitation from my experience so far in recommending them so other companies looking for comprehensive IT support.

Before moving to AFP Technology we trusted BT to look after everything technology from WIFI to our handsets. We can 100% say we will not be going back to BT. AFP always jump to attention whenever you need them and they take full responsibility if you have any difficulties with your technology. Nothing is ever too large a problem for them to tackle. As a team we would definitely recommend.

We signed up with AFP at the end of 2020 after deciding to change providers and the service from the team has been fantastic.

We signed up with AFP Technology last year and at the time, were having major server issues. Our current support people could not fix these and the business experienced several outages. The guys at AFP replaced our equipment and provided a host of other services that not only simplified our systems but also increased productivity and reduced cost.
