I placed and order on the 6th November 2024 order number #347077.They mention that the delivery will take up to 4-6 weeks.its been more then 6 weeks i still haven’t got my oder or they haven't even email me saying there is a delay or anything.I have been trying to send them email saying about my order yet haven’t received any reply.
Their website is also very slow which doesn’t help either.
I have emailed them saying to either let me know what is happen with my order or refund my money back yet no reply which leave me to give them 1 star.

They have replied saying they will refund me but till this day I am still waiting for my refund.
I have emailed them I don’t know how many time but they don’t reply.
I would rather ignore this website to place any order.such a bad service.

Their policy for sellers is "Opening a store on Africabaie costs 14.99 euros the first year, then 9.99 euros per year"

So why am i being charge $10 .63 twice a month, basically $21.50/month since April 2023 and i joined in 2023?
I was not supposed to be charged anything after the initial signup of 14.99 Euro till 2024 then 9.99 as their policy states.

I did not notice this earlier because i paid with account i don't check or use frequently.
And i don't visit the site as often as it's slowest website on earth. I could hardly put up any listing due to it's sluggish nature. So i thought i was done with them not knowing they continue to charge my account twice every month illegally.

The system of putting up items or listing is also very complicated and rigorous.

I don't advice sellers especially in the USA to use them
So I need them to refund the sum of $150.50 they changed on my account since the month of April. I just joined their website, why all the charges? please refund all!

Just received my order (Emmy - Full bag in Black & Gold) and I'm in love. I was worried as I live in the UK - once ordered I received an email to say it was shipped out (which was quick) obviously coming from LA to UK it took time (2 weeks) but the packaging is amazing. The bag was well looked after and absolutely huge. I am so happy I went with my instincts and bought this nappy bag. Cannot wait to fill it out and put it into use.
