I purchased an item but since last week…

I purchased an item but since last week I have been trying to contact them using the Toll free number and the mobile number but they cant pick my calls. Today I have tried to go to their website and it shows they have blocked me.

We have refunded your total purchase. We have not blocked you from visiting our website. Your order was still in processing with our international supplier and it would have taken a little longer than normal. So therefore because of the delays due to COVIN-19, we have refunded your total purchase.
