NO delivery after 3 months, & NO response!

I placed my order THREE MONTHS AGO - in October 2025, but there is still NO SIGN of my order & ZERO contact from this appalling company - I've emailed them 3 times, messaged them on FB & IG - I even left a comment on one of their IG posts - but NO RESPONSE. Literally nothing - no explanation about what's happened to my order, no apology, no refund, NOTHING. I can see that one of my social media messages has even been read, but they still haven't bothered to contact me - even though my socks still haven't been delivered! UNBELIEVABLE.
NB: I've ordered previously from them & - eventually - received my orders, after about a month or more, but I've never waited 3 months! I also recall now that there is in fact never ANY communication from them - no emails or texts to update on the progress of my order - literally nothing except the original order confirmation.
I will NEVER, EVER buy from this company again, & I'm now trying to figure out how to get my $30+ from them.

I placed an order on the 6 December for…

I placed an order on the 6 December for a Christmas gift. I was debited for this that day. I paid for International Delivery. Two weeks later I had heard nothing. I emailed then emailed again. On Christmas Eve I received a curt email saying my order had been cancelled but not refunded. Extremely disappointed and let down I emailed after Christmas, I received an apology email and have now got a refund. I will not use this company or recommend it.

Socks might be good but customer service sucks

How very disappointing 🥹 we had a secret Santa for work colleagues and I chose Afrisocks as she is from South Africa and has had a rough time with cold feet due to chemo.
So they didn’t arrive in time for the secret Santa present time and customer service just said they’d get back
to me with shipping update.
Then after 20 days I get a cancellation due to low stick.
Thanks!! Now I have no time to even get something for Christmas.
How does it take more than 20 days to realise that an order can’t be fulfilled?
Rubbish customer service. Sucks.

Product let down by website and customer service

When purchasing the socks it says that that these socks cannot be delivered to my address, but having ordered from them before I know this is not correct. I have tried ordering from other computers but the issue still persists. I did report the issue but Customer service isn't great either as even though they did send an initial response saying they knew about it, I have since been ignored, even after asking questions about their stock availability. It's a shame as the socks are really good - lovely designs and comfortable - but the website and customer service lets them down.

No delivery or communication

Placed an order for four pairs on September 28 2025, and after six weeks there’s still no sign of the package or any refund.

I’ve tried contacting them by email, but they have not replied.

It sucks because I’ve ordered from them before and the socks are awesome, but this time it’s been a different experience. Seems like they have just taken the money and don't care.

6 weeks and no delivery

Ordered 6 pairs, but it's been 6 weeks and no delivery or refund. After a month I emailed, got a reply offering to reship using expedited post, but it didn't happen. Now no more replies to emails.

Very disappointed, as I've bought these in the past, and they're great socks. No posts on their socials since Christmas 2024, I suspect they're going bust - but if they are, they shouldn't still be taking people's money.

Will gladly change the review if the socks actually appear
