very bad costumer service there is no way to contact them accept email and i almost send them more then 5 emails and wait for 2 weeks for response and no one bother to response me then i complain through paypal to get my refund and cancel that order

This is worst company I ever dealt or bought something form online; I bought a drone about 4 weeks ago and never arrived! no refund, apology nothing, and they took my £179. They sent it to London rather Durham. When I sent the scanned DHL delivery info they started to ignore me. They send me the tracking number that it was delivered to London. I send the invoice they sent me which clearly stating my address, but they do not read emails, very rude, ignorantly stupid and never went to a school where customer service was taught, they learnt how to rob people in daylight! so please avoid them at all costs!

Great customer service. I couldn’t use the first format sent to me on my iPad and within ten minutes of my emailing them they sent a new link in a different format and it work brilliantly in my kindle. Happy days.

They sell refurbished smartphones and advertise them as brand new. I bought an LG G8 from them in a sealed box and it was an AT&T model that has been unlocked and had signs of tamper. When I emailed them about it, they ignored me. Now the phone died like 2 months later and I'm told that it's been refurbished once and can't be fixed, so £320 in the bin. Avoid buying from this company!

Got the item after some complaints on PayPal and Truspilot. When purchased, I got no estimated delivery time, no phone to contact them, and bad response time to emails. The price offered was very good but the customer service has to improve.

I bought an LG G8 thinq a few days ago. The seller was very kind and shipped the next day. I had a minor problem with the phone and the seller fixed it immediately. Excellent product and excellent service.
