The party itself is amazing but ticket management sucks

The party itself is amazing, but ticket management behind is terrible and it is eating away the quality. You can get a ticket for 230 eur (3 day access) when you are earlybird. But they do not have a platform to return the ticket and officially they say that it is prohibited to resell your ticket, so you are stuck with it. However, they can change the name on the ticket before a certain time but for an additional 25 euro. My suggestion, if you buy early bird, only personalize the ticket right before the festival starts so you can sell it if you are unable to make it for some reason.
Just like other venues, set up a re-sell ticket site. This way, honest reselling can occur. Tip to afronation. This is also how tomorrow land does it and many others.
