Same experience. On Nov 2nd, I ordered a $25 puzzle (+ $5 shipping) via a Facebook ad from a website called Helen's Life Shop. I received a package 3 weeks later from China -- plastic bag of flimsy puzzle pieces stuffed in a mailer box and it was the WRONG PUZZLE. Website refund policy is completely false. Seller uses canned email template to reply to refund requests. When I reached out to them directly, at most they offered me a 25% refund and to keep the puzzle. When I reached out via PayPal the seller upped their offer to 50%. When I didn't accept and again asked for a full refund, PayPal said I would have to send the puzzle back to the seller and they would reimburse me up to $30 per their Shipping Reimbursement policy. This is also where I learned the company's true name "Shenzhen Lijuan Trading Co., Ltd". I'm hoping the shipping cost is no more than $30 since it's a single flimsy item. I feel bad for those who purchased more than one item because shipping costs will likely exceed what PayPal is willing to reimburse. I'm surprised PayPal hasn't flagged this seller for fraud.
Yep, I ordered a bunch of puzzles as holiday gifts. I didn’t get anything I ordered— the puzzles were wrong— AND they taped the puzzles into a cube for shipping. Can’t give those as gifts. They were also all damaged because they put the puzzle cube into a flimsy plastic mailer. I emailed the company and after some back and forth with mere pittances as recompense, I was told if I kept up the “harassment” the person emailing me would be fired. That’s when I opened a case with PayPal. Shenzhen Lijuan refuses to pay my return shipping so it cost me $82 to send the crap back to them. PayPal only reimburses $30 for shipping. I’m out $52.40 and no puzzles.

Started a paypal case to try to get money back.
Finally receive note via paypal that the company offered a full refund IF I SEND THE PUZZLE BACK. Lol.gif.
Here's the address they want it sent back to, in case any other disgruntled patrons would like to... put it to some use?

It’s a scam! Bought a stars wars puzzle for a birthday present, 3 months later the crappiest, poor quality Santa puzzle arrived in a squashed box, website now no longer exists
Bought a 1000 piece Star Wars jigsaw puzzle off their website. Received the crappiest puzzle that isn’t even what they advertised. Don’t buy from this website. Deceptive, thieving company. -1000/5 stars. Wish everyone could get a refund.

As other people have found this company scams your money buy sending you a cheap and nasty jigsaw of random stuff and not the so called collectors edition Star Wars. I could kick myself for being so stupid.
The same thing happened to me , I ordered Starwars puzzles and received cheap , horrible national parks stamps puzzles. Don’t buy anything from this website.
Ordered Star Wars puzzles, got 2 completely random puzzles - one of a stained glass window, the other a bunch of jungle animals - both very poor quality printing on very flimsy card (almost paper). Sent email, got a reply from mail server (in Chinese!) saying "out of space". Raised a dispute with PayPal for refund, but nothing yet.
Total scam,DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! What you order is not what you will receive. As of 9/18/2020 the website is down. So far no resolution from the company. Negative 5 stars.
Same as all above, I ordered what looked like a beautiful Star Wars Puzzle, and received a random puzzle of basketball players, badly printed, badly cut, bad quality all around regardless! THEY ARE SCAMMERS
