Never received tge 3 items I ordered can’t find contact information so scam alert

I have gotten nothing for over a year.
They are a complete scam. Do not buy from them.

Scam website- order was “dispatched” but nothing arrived - no contact details or response from dispatch team- avoid this site!!!!!

I've been waiting over a year for 2 plushes I preordered and I still haven't received them. I've tried to contact them multiple times only to be ignored. And from what I'm seeing online, they've apparently gone bankrupt and kept it a secret!! So now it's too late to be refunded. I am beyond angry. I feel sorry for anyone who bought from these thieves like I did.

I would give this zero stars if I could. They have not fulfilled my order after almost a year, despite items being available. They take money at time of order, including for preorders. They do not respond to any messages at all. Non-existent customer service, terrible site and awful business. Please avoid these crooks because they will steal your money as they have stolen mine.

They stole my money by charging for a preorder that is now almost a year late and refuse to respond to the emails I’ve been sending over the past month and a half requesting to cancel. I would hate to see others get the same experience I had. Buyer beware!

I paid for an item, the resident evil umbrella vest, as a pre-order. It was scheduled to release last September. It came out, mine never arrived. I have sent 10+ messages to them through their "Contact Us" form and their social media accounts, trying to chase this up but they don't answer. Not a single message back. I'm now working on getting my money back but please - avoid this place.
