I deposited MXN 1,000 + MXN 500 via SPEI (CLABE 710969000065072268).
After depositing, the system displayed a “Super Win” of MXN 26,000 but marked the session as demo mode, making the balance non-withdrawable.
The support agent (Andrea) blocked the upload of evidence, closed my chat session, and refused to provide a case ID. The site manipulates wagering requirements / rollover clauses, hiding terms that prevent legitimate withdrawals.
Evidence (screenshots, SPEI receipts, chat logs) has been submitted to CONDUSEF, CNBV and the Cyber Police of Mexico.
I request full review of the operator, verification of its RNG (Random Number Generator) and KYC compliance, and a refund or compensation for funds lost due to deceptive practices.
