I placed my order at the end of December order number 70000510251. I understand that the end of the year can be busy but my shipment was delayed without any notification or explanation. I was never informed about any delay. Later I personally noticed through DHL tracking that my package was returned to the sender before it was ever delivered to me. The delivery address was correct and I had requested delivery to a DHL ServicePoint so this was clearly an operational issue.
What makes this worse is that the company did not inform me about this at all. I had to notice it myself and contact them by email. In my email I clearly asked how we could proceed since the package was being returned to their warehouse. They could have offered to resend the product or provide another solution but instead they offered no real help. I was only told to wait until their own product arrives back at their warehouse and only then my money would be refunded so that I could place a new order.
I urgently needed these products and I explained the situation politely and clearly but no effort was made to help me as a customer. As of today several days have passed and my refund has still not been processed even though the product was never delivered to me. This shows a serious lack of responsibility and customer care. I will never order from this company again and I am still waiting for my immediate refund.
