Adding THIS to my original review after the use of 1 yr 6 months!!
So after using this for 1.6 yrs, the mixer's PCB got shot on 24th January 2025. The Product was under warranty, so I logged a complaint on 25th January 2025. After this company asked me to submit the videos on WhatsApp with the SERVICE SPECIALIST - RITWIK (9147711425). and immediately after seeing the video, they knew what was wrong, so the next day they dispatched the new PCB. It took more than a week to receive the part.
The next day, an Engineer visited to install the new PCB. As he puts on the new PCB, the whole machine gets shot - new PCB, Motor, etc. So naturally the engineer said this machine will be replaced with a new one, as it can not be repaired. The same was confirmed to me over a call by the SERVICE SPECIALIST - RITWIK (9147711425) that a new unit will be provided to you as it can not be repaired.
As per the discussion, Agaro picked up the old machine on 11th March 2025 and delivered the other one on 12th March 2025.
By the way, the box in which the mixer came was old and damaged (taped). When we opened the box, we noticed that the mixer is working, but it is an old mixer. So what AGARO did is, they took my almost new mixer with NO SCRATCHES and gave me an old, repaired mixer with FULL OF SCRATCHES and also mixer is wobbling like anything.
So naturally I messaged immediately to the SERVICE SPECIALIST - RITWIK (9147711425) and spoke on the call as well and shared all the pictures and videos as well.
FIRSTLY - HE DIDN'T RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES.
SECONDLY - WHEN I CALLED HIM, HE TOLD ME THAT HE NEVER MENTIONED OR PROMISED THE NEW MIXER.
I was shocked. Not only AGARO and the SERVICE SPECIALIST - RITWIK (9147711425) have CHEATED ME, but now he is LYING ON MY FACE.
After messaging and calling the SERVICE SPECIALIST - RITWIK (9147711425)many times, his answer was - RIGHT NOW WE HAVE NO STOCK. I WILL UPDATE.
So naturally I waited. But today, I got a message that my complaint is closed. So, I messaged him immediately, and he replied - YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED THE MAIN UNIT. FURTHER, YOU CAN CONNECT WITH CUSTOMER CARE.
MY MAIN ANGER HERE IS THAT AGARO AND UCL LIED TO ME. The service SPECIALIST - RITWIK (9147711425) could tell me in the beginning only that we will not give a new mixer, but my mixer will be replaced with an old one. Or they could have repaired mine only, as mine was with no scratches. BUT AGARO AND UCL LIED.
So after a month of hustle, I got a faulty old product.
Also, AGARO ASKS NEW CUSTOMERS TO PUT A GOOD REVIEW ON AMAZON AND IN RETURN FOR 1 1-YEAR EXTRA WARRANTY.
