I wanted my household items shifted from Hyderabad to Germany last year when I moved. I invited quotes, terms and conditions from various Freight service providers, and ended up selecting Agarwal Packers and Movers as they were rated well and had provided the best value quote. Mr Francis at the Hyderabad site was a great assistance and managed the onsite packing and communications during the whole transit of the shipment of 15 large carton boxes. I did not have any furniture so I can't comment about the care they can provide in that category, however all other household stuff including crockery and glass items were intact when they reached me. I was fully satisfied. Will recommend their service.
I has an extra package sent to my Nephew's abroad and that reached them in good shape as well.

It was a great experience while shifting my things from Kathmandu to Gurgaon. Rajan from the team was very helpful and handled everything very smooth right from quotation to delivery of goods. The unloading staff a bit rude and expecting very high tips.

We had a very good experience with getting our things packed from Hyderabad to UK. Francis Patrick was very helpful with quote and coordinating the packing. The packers were also efficient, respectful and were good with their techniques. Now awaiting the transit!

Recently moved my household items from Noida to UK. The move was managed professionally and the goods were received in good condition despite being kept in a APML warehouse for approximately a month and a half. Would definitely recommend their services for anyone looking to move their personal effects.

I recently utilized APML's relocation services for my move from Dubai to Hyderabad. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations due to several issues:

1. Delayed Delivery – The shipment arrived significantly later than promised, causing inconvenience.

2. Damaged Goods – One of my items was damaged during transit. As per the declared value and pre-paid insurance, I filed a claim with APML.

3. Prolonged Claim Process – The surveyor approved the damage, but when I followed up for the claim amount, I was repeatedly told it would be processed "next week." This continued for two months without resolution.

4. Lack of Communication – Regional Head (APML Dubai), eventually stopped responding to my calls and messages.

5. Claim Denial Without Justification – After escalation, APML informed me via email that my claim had been rejected "as per policy," without providing a clear explanation.

6. Additionally, despite the subpar service, there was an expectation of a substantial tip upon completion of the work.

Overall, the lack of accountability, delayed resolutions, and poor communication have left me dissatisfied with APML's services. I would advise others to carefully consider these factors before choosing them for relocation needs.

I recently used APML to ship my household items from Hyderabad to the UK, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. The team was extremely professional, efficient, and handled my belongings with utmost care. They came to my house and packed everything meticulously and made me label the packed boxes myself so that I am aware of it's contents at the time of unboxing and also ensured all items were well-protected during transit.

The communication throughout the process was excellent and Mr. Francis responded promptly, keeping me informed at every stage. My items arrived on time and in good condition with the exception of a few cracked plastic boxes and a mug. However, surprisingly, all my breakable crockery arrived in perfect condition considering I had 10 boxes shipped via air courier, 98% of my items came in perfect condition. Even though the pricing quoted was slightly on a higher side, we still went with APML due to their reputation and they delivered. I would suggest APML to make payments hassle-free as well, as I had to transfer money to an Indian account which added the cost of remmitence, something that I wanted to avoid. Nonetheless, due to speedy service, I highly recommend APML for anyone looking for reliable and top-notch packing and delivery services. They made what could have been a daunting task into a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Absolutely wonderful service. Francis helped me with everything from packing to delivering and tracking. Every item was perfectly in place and nothing was damaged. Excellent service.

The overall experience was good. Its just that the clearance part in Germany should have been more coordinated. It was done by a third company called Abels, their service is good, it just that the communication and the import rules was not properly discussed.

I used Agarwal packers internationl relocation package for doot-to-door movement of my household goods. Though there were initial hiccups with respect to transfer of amount and movement of container, their representative patiently worked with me.

When finally the goods arrived there was some issue/damage which was also finally compensated by Agarwal team. At the end of day, they delivered even though it was a little delayed.

I feel being a known name and brand in the business, they do take care of their customers - thank you

It could have been better ! To begin with the it was better. Packaging and pick up stage was professional . Lots of time was wasted after the consignment was picked from our Rohtak address. Why could not they make the payment process faster. Why they should have waited for us to be in Australia. Once the payment was made, things moved faster . Gurmeet was through Gentlemen and professional. I wish we could make the payment while we were in India . We could save 2 weeks . Overall process needs some speed. In the end it left a good feeling. We would still recommend APML.

Horrible experience.
They will run behind you to book the delivery and once they get the booking, suddenly their tone changes and they just don't give a shit about your delivery.
I got the furniture picked from Nashik to be delivered to Hyderabad, it was clearly instructed that the delivery is needed in a society which does not allow container more than 7 feet height which means, the furniture needs to be moved to a separate container once it reaches the destination. I paid hefty 10000 Rs for just my sofa and a bed. I have mentioned it over an email as well. They took the complete payment in advance. The delivery team in charge in Hyderabad who goes by the name Chaudhary, denied saying it was not conveyed before the booking was done and did not agree to the terms even after it was mentioned in the mail. They did not deliver the furniture till my flat and left it at the society entrance. I could not do anything since the payment was done 100 percent. Such an unprofessional army of suckers.

Professional and competitively priced. Happy with the service, in particular move manager Ms Pranali Lad. Single point of contact who provided regular updates.

The moving teams were efficient and provided a special transport for a very fragile and heavy item.

Timing wise please ensure you are willing to wait for the group shipping option. Having said that, received items within the max stipulated period of 70 daysm
