Unkind customer service, shoes not like on page

Ordered a pair of loafers from this brand, through Immaculate Vegan (before they closed down), and have gone through an ordeal for two months now trying to return these. I reached out to Agazi for help, only to be met with dismissive and unkind email responses. It also seems that while they said they couldn't help, they still went to great lengths to reach out to the Polish post office to have the parcel returned to me (back to the UK, via the Netherlands), I believe driven by their refusal to refund.

In addition to their unprofessional customer service, the reason I returned the shoes in the first place was that they do not look at all like their online photos. The real-world version of the shoes looks cheap and cheesy.

If they respond to this review at all, I anticipate a similarly unkind reply (as on email), blaming me for not using a courier (I did use a courier, I filled out several custom forms, printed them, attached them, not my fault the courier locally handed this over to the Post Office). Had I been met with supportive customer service, I could have become a loyal, high-value customer. I am vegan and I go the extra mile to try and avoid buying leather.

To add, I had similar return troubles with New Orchard (also ordered on Immaculate) but instead of mocking the customer, they took it to heart and decided to use my case as a reason to change their returns model for returns from the UK (yes, they also had to deal with Polish customs). Definitely ordering more shoes from them.
