THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORSSSSST.
I ordered my phonster on 25 december.
They shipped it 2 weeks later on january 12.
The package left ukraine on january 16.
It never arrived in canada.
I tried to contact them cause on their website they indicate that i will have my phonster 2 weeks after order.
It’s valentines day. It’s been almost 2 month.
I sent them 30 messages to 3 different email address. They don’t answer. No phone number. Don’t buy it. You will never receive it and you will not know why.

Really poor customer service and product
Really poor customer service.. Ordered a "Phonster Z" on Dec 4th 2019. According to invoice, delivery was 12-20 days. The merchandise wasnt shipped from Ukraine until the 26th. I received the package today, a month later Jan 4th 2020. But I was of course excited to finally get my phonster Z, I opened the box to find some cheap plastic, vinyl pleather crap with horrible uneven and crooked stitching and hardly readable embossing. And just to top that off.. It broke before I even tried it on the first time. All for the price of 148 USD. Shame on them!
