This was so very easy ! I started LDN for my chronic pain, depression and inflammation. I've had fibromyalgia and severe osteoarthritis in my lumbar and cervical spine. I have tried surgery and a spinal cord stimulator that doesn't really work. I did get off pain management in order to try this. And I'm so glad I did. It is a slow process of slowly increasing . I did have some side effects but kept going . I'm now at 2.5 mg and I do have a little less pain and more energy. I'm continuing this journey with a positive attitude. Praying this works !

I have never had so much energy that leveled out at a level that wasn't jittery, not even close. This is a mind/cognitive booster like i have never tried before, NAD+ is a game changer for sure.

I'm a 54 year old Critical care nurse the works nightshift. I tried the NAD to increase my energy levels. It greatly surpassed my expectations. It lasts all day and I fall asleep at night peacefully. Some medicines that give you energy can keep you up at night. This doesnt do that at all. I highly recommend this product. I like to use mine with the B12 injection

My NAD was shipped to a hot climate (Arizona) 3 day fedex but the NAD arrived warm :( messaged them and they responded quickly and one day fedexed to me and it was cold! I am so happy with the customer service! :) I have not had a chance to share my experience with the product yet, but that will come in a couple more months.

I have serious concerns about the safety and reliability of the products and shipping practices at AgelessRx. This was my third order of NAD+, and unlike my previous two shipments, which were sent via overnight delivery, this order was shipped using 2-day air. When I received the package, the contents were extremely warm the ice packs registered at 86°F, and the packaging itself was around 84°F. Given the temperature-sensitive nature of this product, I was immediately alarmed.

I reached out to AgelessRx customer service right away, understanding there might be a delay since it was a Saturday. When I finally received a response, I was told “the NAD is still safe to use despite icepacks came melted. Our NAD+ formula has undergone rigorous testing, demonstrating its ability to remain potent and stable, even during transit in hot temperatures for 5 days without the use of ice packs. Upon checking, yours were just in transit for 3 days. Both the prescribing Pharmacy and TMC have shared new shipping stability info that would allow NAD+ to be shipped via Second Day Air without ice. This will likely be the new process from now on and that the pharmacy is working on a pamphlet with information that explains things further. NAD + Injection is stable for at least 24 hours up to 104°F, 48 hours up to 80°F, 72 hours up to 77°F and for at least 90 days at refrigerated condition”. However, my order was shipped on a Thursday and delivered on Saturday, meaning it had already exceeded the 48-hour threshold. Additionally, the temperatures upon arrival were above the stability range they provided me in their email response.

Despite these concerns, I was told the product was still safe to use, which I find both unacceptable and contradictory. Recommending the use of a potentially compromised product without offering a solution or acknowledging the risk is irresponsible and deeply concerning.

I requested a full refund and offered to return the product in its original, unopened condition. As of now, I have received no response. This experience has left me questioning the company’s commitment to customer safety and transparency.

Im into my 2nd month of NAD +, and I truly feel a difference. My mind can retain and my body feels so much better, recovering from a dual hip replacement, healthy ng was fast,

It started with blood sugar issues and my doctor would not prescribe metformin. I was definitely in the range to qualify for it without actually having diabetes yet. I reached out to ageless RX for a second opinion and got my blood sugar back down within 3 months. This prompted me to look into nad+ since I work out frequently and heavily. I found that the shots absolutely work for me for fast recovery and I no longer have brain fog. I tried the inhalant for one month and it didn't do anything so I went back to injections. I also went off the NAD+ plus to try out the B12 injections and did not like them. Again sticking with the NAD Plus

This process is super simple and easy. Im on my 2nd month of product (NAD+) and still trying to figure out if i can tell any difference. However, the packaging and communication with the company has been great! The product arrived from a pharmacy I know well.

I’ve been using AgelessRx for several years and was genuinely happy with the service and results — until recently. I decided to try the NAD patch for the first time, and when it arrived, the package was warm, which immediately concerned me. I called customer service and was told it would be fine.

I went ahead and used it, but didn’t feel anything remotely close to the benefits I experienced with injections. When I explained this, they agreed to send a replacement — and once again, it arrived at room temperature.

After raising my concerns again, I was told “there’s nothing we can do.” No refund, no credit, no accountability. Just a shrug.

After years of loyalty, that’s a dealbreaker. It’s unfortunate, because I was a long-term customer — but now I’m moving on to a company that actually stands behind their product and service. Hope losing a decades-long potential customer was worth it.

REPLY- Heres Ageless' response-"The pharmacy has replied and based on the time that the package was in transit, they stated that the NAD solution is OK to use, the cold packs should have kept the solution at room temperature. It can be at room temperature for a few days without compromising the potency or the safety; even if it was above room temperature outside, the cold packs should have kept the solution cold enough to where it did not exceed room temperature"- BUT IT WAS ABOVE ROOM TEMP, as explained in my email to Ageless.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the packaging. Outside on the box, packaging is marketed what is inside. I don’t feel comfortable people knowing that what is inside the box is coming from a Compound Pharmacy which is clearly outside on the box. Instead, would have been better if the entire box was with no marketing or words only the mail label attached. Anyone can read and understand what compound pharmacy means and steal the package. A little more privacy would have been better.

As for the product I ordered, I really cannot tell much of a difference since I been using it. I know I had ordered the 500mcg of NAD+ and who knows if perhaps I had ordered the higher dose I maybe might feel a difference. I feel ok, slight energy throughout the day and then tapers off. I might come back for the higher dose to see if it works.

I realize this may be unusual when it comes to benefits, but NAD therapy has had a remarkable impact on my life. For the first time ever-at age 67-I am able to urinate with ease, something I had always struggled with for many years. Since discovering NAD therapy over four years ago, I truly feel like a new person. While I’ve experienced many other benefits, this improvement is by far my favorite. Thank you for making this therapy available.

I really like the NAD patches. They are easy to use. I am going through menopause and was struggling with sleep, hot flashes and a foggy brain. Now I have so much improvement in all of my menopause symptoms. I’m so happy that I tried them.
