When I researched vitamin B12…
When I researched vitamin B12 injections Ageless RX had the best reviews but they offered an even better combination. B12 with MIC. I really feel more energized and didn’t realize how depleted I was. I recently am waiting on NAD +. I am being very well guided and communication is wonderful.

I’m not seeing any positive results…
I’m not seeing any positive results after taking NAD+ for over a month and a half. Also, the needles that are sent for injections are junk. They often bend when inserting them into vile. I’d like to discontinue use and be refunded please.

Products are sent from reputable United States pharmacies. The pharmacy information is on your prescription bottle and you can actually call the pharmacist if you have questions about your prescription.
Great products, customer service and delivery service. Products shipped in a few days. Customer service is quick to respond and there is a phone number where you can call and speak with a rep in person. No long waiting. I order Tirzepatide, Somorelyn and NAD + and have never had a problem.

Not worth it at all.
Pretty sales-oriented. Some of the meds that need to stay refrigerated arrive warm. I tried the NAD, LDN, and sermorelin - honestly saw zero results on any of them. The customer service is very lacking - they are hard to get a hold of, spotty in their responses, and inconsistent between reps. It feels like they have customer service weeks - one week they have some reps, and other weeks it’s crickets. If you can get the meds from a different company, definitely do that.

Great customer service reliable delivery and source. Delivered refrigerated. I made the mistake of trying NAD fron RnK health, they are horrible took my money never got the order until I called for a refund. Still with Ageless RX a little pricey though

AgelessRX lies!!!!
Working with Agelessrx has been a nightmare from the beginning. They are not honest on their website about how they will charge you for a quarter (3 months) worth of treatment and If you do sign up you will not be charged $99 the first month like it says on their website. Instead will charge your credit or debit card a random $349 (this is with the discount they promote. So it is supposed to be about $450 worth of NAD+. For the first quarter this seems like a decent deal. But you do not get to try it for a month, you are locked in. Treatment is said to be sent monthly for those 3 months of the “quarter” . But if you cancel your subscription and do not to renew for additional months, they stop shipping you the NAD+ and even though you paid (up front without clearly saying they would do that) which they say is supposed to be for a full quarter or 3 months, they do not send you the 3 months amount of medication. They tell you that the $349 is for two months only (even though they say it is for a quarter). They just say you cancelled your prescription and you need to pay additional money for the third month prescription. Soooo, I paid over $175/mo for an advertised much lower cost for their NAD+. They say on their website that you can get the quarter worth of medication for less than the $159 for monthly program but it ends up costing you much more than if you did the one month at a time payments.
You absolutely will not be charged $99 your first month even though they send you a receipt saying $99 when they accept you after reviewing medical information you entered. This is false advertising And you cannot dispute it. And then they emphasize how if you sign up for that, you signed up for a full quarter which is $449 but you only pay $349 with their first time buyer promotion. This also is not true, it is only for two months. Which turns out to be more ($175/mo) than if you had just paid monthly.
They also said on the prescription bottle to take 10-50 ml 3 times a week the 2nd month. That was not true either. They only give you enough for 10ml 3 times a week despite yet another lie on the dosing on their prescription bottles.
Customer service does respond like their reviews on their website say, but they absolutely are not easy to work with and will not try to work with you in any way, they do not take accountability for their deceptive actions and they threaten lawsuits in their communications. Those reviews are probably another lie.
If you feel like being utterly betrayed over and over, definitely use Agelessrx.
If you hope to have a truly good experience, DO NOT USE AGELESSRX!!! I will never use this company again. Extremely disappointed!!!

Multiple shipments arrived warm because they pack the product on Friday, but it doesn't ship until Monday. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because they did replace the product until recently. It was actually warm to the touch. The ice packs were completely melted. Inadequate shipping from Florida to Washington. I messaged them and was told it was a different formula that could be warm. Hmmm... that's why it was packed in ice with instructions to refrigerate. I thought I was paying extra for quality and service. Nope! Found it at a better price and realized the new supplier's NAD+ felt more effective. Buyer beware!

Send me an old vial of NAD + not made to order like it is supposed to be but maybe someone’s returned item . I’ve purchased NAD + in the past and it has a max of a 3 mos shelf life : made to order . The item I received had a shelf like of 30 days . I didn’t know cause I was trying NAD + nasal and ordered the vial as a back up in case the nasal spray didn’t work out image my surprise that my NAD is expiring in less then 10 days . When I just received it . Don’t waste your money . I only ordered from them cause reviews said they offered a better quality NAD . I wouldn’t know they refused to make it right and send me a new one or refund me .

That said, beyond-use dates for unpunctured vials can vary based on the compounding formulation, and all punctured vials are recommended for disposal within 28 days per CDC guidelines.

I ordered the Nasal NADS+ ( this isn’t the first time as I’ve used the ReadyRx in the past) I thought I’d try another company. From beginning AgelessRx went smooth from ordering to delivery.. Until I opened the packaging. Mind you I received the order directly from the UPS delivery guy himself and with minutes opened the packaging. The content were warm. The 2 cold packs were room temperature. The product was not cold at all. Well this was very disappointing because in order to be effective it must be cold because this product is very sensitive to warm temperatures. It loses its optimal and therefore is not an effective. I contacted team asking for replacement let’s see what happens.. that was 5 days ago ( the weekend included).AgelessRx Gotta do better in shipping otherwise what’s the point ? Terrible experience with AgelessRX
Terrible experience with AgelessRX. I got the NAD+ nasal spray, sprayed it three times across two days (which is standard) and had the worst histamine flare up I’ve ever had! I’m completely congested & runny itchy inflamed nose, I’ve been sneezing nonstop for three days, watering itching eyes, red bumps all over my face and neck. This is TERRIBLE! I called them and they said there was nothing they could do to refund me. After I pushed the most I got was that they could apply the credit to a different NAD product. Why would I want to do that after having this bad of a reaction!? And it was on my birthday so ruined my birthday weekend. Just bad customer service.
