I have been with Ageless RX for about a year now. For that year it's been a 5 ⭐️ experience & products. However I've received a 1000mg NAD+ injection RX subscription and it was half the size of what I had been receiving for my subscription. The RX label is all the same however the bottle is half size. So I asked if they could please send me the rest that I received half amount.

Their response was that that was correct amount because label says it is, that it's in a smaller bottle. So both cannot be true if all labels are the same then volume of bottle have to be the same, OR it is correct volume, the label is INCORRECTLY dosaged for double amount?! It's apparently more important that they not send me additional vial, as opposed to admitting they have incorrectly dosed their Prescription Label.

Either way, I think the trust may be broken. I can't help but wonder how many times people have ordered something and they are ripping them off because of dosage "errors".

I ask 3 times about the current medication conflict with
( NAD ) I never had any answers, so i wright another email asking to cancel my order since i didn't have answers to my questions, and suddenly i received an email w the tracking number ( NAD is on the way !)
but nobody told me if i do qualify for NAD ???

Just a question, does anyone know what pharmaceutical company that agelessRX uses for the making of NAD? Where is The pharmaceutical company located?

First time ordering NAD injections. Guy told me it would take one day for it to get shipped out . Well it’s been 6 and still saying processing on the status. Message them and no response. Very disappointing…

Inconsistent customer experience. First order of NAD patches, I received in 5 business days. Dashboard updated promptly. Now second order, it’s been more than 10 business days. No telephone number and the website says THREE business days for a response? I’m looking at their competitor now for an alternative.

I have had such a wonderful experience with agelessrx! I have been on a mission to go all natural, and the supplemental lines like NaD and the B12/Mic injections have helped tremendously in my overall health, mood, energy, and muscle recovery! The care team has been quick to respond and so fantastic to work with. AgelessRx is a wonderful company. I have been a customer for about 6 months. Their products are high-quality consistently and their customer service is wonderful and they are so accessible to me. I use quite a few of their products and keep them all on auto order which makes getting my products each month so easy and convenient. The initial process to request and initiate a prescription is very simple and straightforward and not very time consuming. It’s stress-free and it also saves me a trip to a clinic to have vitamin B 12 shots every week so I am loving that as well. Amber in customer support is fantastic. AgelessRX is great, but like all thriving companies, they experience growing pains. The compounding pharmacy Innovation is swamped with AgelessRX orders and does not handle the volume efficiently. Orders often sit in the 'pipeline' for days before beginning to be processed. Innovation frequently runs out of components necessary to fill/ship the order- vials, icepacks, it's always something. When a delay occurs, I call AgelessRX customer service and ask for Amber.

Other customer support reps are less pro-active, but Amber responds like a business owner. She doesn't offer excuses- Amber goes into problemsolving mode and does whatever it takes to get the issue resolved.This time, Amber immediately rerouted my order to an alternative compounding pharmacy, Archway Apothecary. They filled my order on the spot and had it shipped out same-day. I will be requesting Archway on all future orders!

Amber is the sole reason I continue to order from AgelessRX instead of ordering my NAD+ from other sources. Thank you Amber, once again! And thank you Archway Apothecary for getting my order filled AND SHIPPED literally within an hour of Amber's call.

This was such a lifesaver for me . I wasn’t able to drive to my Dr to get the NAD iv Infusions due to my condition. This delivery with the injections was the only thing that got me out of my bed, functioning again. 1 month with one vile and great energy. I’ve had huge improvements with my skin as well. About a year ago, I had heard about AgelessRx from a friend who started taking Metformin and LDN. I decided to give it a try and came across the NAD cream. I was using the patches as well as the facial cream and I immediately had friends commenting on how healthy I looked.

I've tried to keep a decent skin care routine, especially for my face but never really found anything I liked. As a teen, I neurotically washed my face and used Oxy soap out of fear of acne and I ended up drying my skin really bad, I have a wrinkle on my forehead that I've had since my early teens. As i got older I started seeing wrinkles under my eyes, and was developing that Richard Nixon look above my mouth. The NAD helped a lot, there's no doubt that it set the stage for the rest, but now that I've added the Tretinoin, the wrinkles under my eyes are pretty much gone, the big on on my forehead is there if you look closely but it's mostly been eliminated and the area around my mouth has smoothed out.

Skin wise, I look several years younger than I did a year ago. I don't know if things would be different if I started the Tretinoin first and then went to NAD but they've both had very clear impact.

Dealing with AgelessRx is beyond simple, they do things very quickly and they are as helpful as people can be. I suspect before much longer we'll see quite a few more people started these treatments b/c they're effective, easy, painless and pretty cheap.

I was looking for Metformin after hearing about it in Dr Peter Attia's podcast. I've long been interested in longevity. After reading more, I found out about rapamycen and decided to give AgelessRx a try. The experience couldn't be any easier, it really couldn't. There's an questionairre, then an intake form, the doctor reviews it and in my case, there weren't any issues so I had my Metformin in the mail a few days later. A friend that's a cosmetic surgeon was telling me about NAD cream and how it's a 'slam dunk' at every appointment. Basically, if people are interested, after intake, they take a picture of your face, apply a small amount to one side of your face and go through with the rest of the consult. Then when they're done, they take another picture, give you a mirror and boom, it's a sale. I was not really concerned about my wrinkles but I had one in my forehead since I was a teenager, I dried my face out so bad constantly washing it and using Oxy clean for fear I might get acne that I create a bad wrinkle. Long story short, the NAD cream worked like magic. Magic. Every single time since I've started taking it that I've seen someone I haven't for a few months, I hear "Wow, you look great" or something similar b/c it really did a number on my face. I wish I could post pictures to show how much of a difference it's made.

Then I figured if this worked as well as it did, I'll try the patches. Ok, i screwed up with those and the video on YouTube is dated, I had different patches and screwed up my first two. But it's easy enough once you understand the concept, I'd just suggest you make really sure you understand which side is which and get it right. That said, i frequently have very sore wrists and knees which ache during Jiu Jitsu practice. I can't say for 100% certainty how much is possible expectation and how much isn't, but I know for sure there's a big part of it that's different. (You only get 12 so it's hard to say, esp b/c i screwed up with 2 of them) but each time I've used the patches before practice, I've had little or no pain, nor much the next day.

I can absolutley swear by the metformin, no doubt about it. I didn't have high blood sugar or diabetes but I was overweight and i mean, the hunger control and stable energy throughout the day is unequstionable. I didn't have a hard time at first, some people get upset stomachs but i didn't. In any case, I love the stuff. Same with NAD cream, i mean, if I could post pictures, there's just no debating it. The patches very much seem to help, but I'll wait until I've taken it a little longer before saying for absolute certain you'll love them - but pretty sure you will.

Now, I'm looking to try the Nasal NAD and hopefully get to participate in the rapamycen study, we'll see.

In any case, the service is fast, it's exceptional, it's simple. This is probably the easiest to use service I've encountered and every from Dr Z himself to the staff is just friendly, really good at what they do and a pleasure to deal with. I know at this point I probably sound like a shill, but honestly, they're just that good. I am willing to bet there will not only be a negative review, but there won't even be 3 star reviews, this place is just THAT on the ball.

Great customer support from Galina today in regards to how to correctly apply NAD+ patch. She walked me through the procedure over the phone and I was able to accomplish all this while on the phone. In addition, I am taking LDN low dose naltrexone for pain through this company and am totally satisfied. I was barely able to participate in my life for so many years - now, my whole life has been changed for the better. I can highly recommend this company without hesitation for their wonderful medical products that have made a huge difference in my life.
