I have been using Auroras ad account service for half a year with no issues. All accounts are perfect and dont get blocked by meta. Definitely worth the cost if you are running ads to make money anyways. Each client has a personal assistant on whatssap so you never need to use email for support.

Anything I need help with i message the support chat and it gets fixed for me with no worries.

A service business is only as good as its support.. and the customer attention, problem solving, and over-all support that I've received from Joao (or JV) has been outstanding.

He has quite literally made our experience so worthwhile that I use Aurora for any/all services they provide that I need. I feel like Joao is one of my employees at times because of how attentive he is.

Very helpful. Some clients ran out of ad accounts to run and aurora provided us not only with ad accounts but also pages.

Added point is that we were able to save on our ad spend as well! (Got better results and ads returned back to normal)

If your anything like me, META can stressss you out. But trust me, these guys know exactly what they are doing and they can get you past literally anything. If you're contemplating subscribing to them, like I was around a month ago, I promise you it will be the best $300 you ever spend. Take this as a push to get their accounts, it will change your entire mindset to do with META and you can finally relax. The ad accounts are great, obviously you need good ads. But these guys go absolutely above and beyond. Shout out to my AE Sochesda (responds in seconds with full/precise answers)

Customer Service is painfully slow - a real bottleneck.

Considering the cost of Aurora, they ought to hire more customer service agents.

My messages are left unanswered for hours, even days. That's during the week, not the weekend, when I never get replies (which is crazy, when you think about it).

Ad accounts are generally good, but i'm getting tired of bottlenecks that take days to resolve with support.

Support is kind and professional, but clearly lacks capacity.

I do hope Aurora would improve in this regard, the slow replies/solving of issues with their assets makes me incredibly stressed.

If it doesn't resolve soon, i will look elsewhere.

Aurora provided very good professional services. My account manager Ferdinand Nolasco answered all my questions and made sure that I had a very good experience. I also thought Aurora's services are well priced.
